October 16 2015 (KK rape story)

She made it as far as the Showgrounds subway and a man grabbed her, put something over her head, tied her, up - she said with telephone cable - and bundled her into the back of what she said was a commercial vehicle, and drove her deep into the cemetery, where she was sexually assaulted.

"She told police she didn't see the man, didn't have a description of him and was let go, with no clothes, and ran to Hollywood Hospital, which was on the other side of the cemetery.

"They now know that the person who committed that sexual assault is the Claremont serial killer and if they solve that earlier crime, they will have solved the other three."

Hi everyone, interesting thread here in my absence! So I was speaking to someone in the legal profession this weekend and I heard that they got BE's DNA from a set up roadside drug test, where you swipe the piece of plastic over your tongue. Hope I can say this?

Agreed. And in Australia DNA evidence is identification evidence which can get a prosecution past a no case to answer point but not to beyond reasonable doubt on its own.

I am not so sure about that. You can be convicted on DNA alone 'in Australia' - and everywhere else. It's just evidence, often quite compelling.

Hey does anyone know if WAPOL followed up any of the clairvoyant clues "given" to (forced upon) Don Spiers?

Did he?

From the full Supreme Court judgement:

In his Supreme Court judgement, the Judge said he had significant doubts about the reliability of the evidence concerning the finding of seed pod PAG57C in the body bag (see page 205).

However, The Judge went on to reject any suggestion that the seeds pods in the hair of the deceased had been planted (see page 206).

In addition, he found that if any officer had been minded to fabricate evidence against the accused, it was far too early to do so (see page 207).

You nailed that.

So, what did you find??

You are obviously not going to find a sign saying Devil worshippers R Us. We followed the track as far is we could in a 4wd then walked with a torch picking up the markings until we found a partly trampled area and went back in daylight to have a better look. Found signs of activity like dead rats and a bird hanging from branches. A person with me placed small raffia crosses around the area (she said so they would consider it was desecrated by a Christian and wouldn't be used again). Like I said try and get a copy of Other Temples Other Gods there is a section on Shirley Finn, she joined a coven to keep an eye on other high profile members trying to keep a step ahead. She was murdered on the eve of the Winter Solstice in Australia (wrongly called the Summer Solstice in the book) which is June 22nd.

Who authored this book? Sounds interesting

IMO CSK doesn't need to be a Satanist or have Satanic beliefs in order to kill.
If CSK is a psychopath then that's "reason" enough.

Just because we can't comprehend killing another human being, doesn't mean we have to attribute extreme or evil causes or reasons to explain the behaviour of a SK.

A SK could enjoy killing in the same way other people enjoy a glass of red, a night at the casino, or that weekly bong - oops - bingo game!

Just saying .....IMO

Edit: I mean both "enjoy" for pure pleasure of killing, and "enjoy" killing as a coping mechanism or method or escapism to alleviate stress.

Another useful book on the Perth Mafia is This Little Piggy Stayed Home Biblioz have got one for $352 You may be able to get your local library to find a copy for you to lend

David Williams was a journalist in Perth when he wrote the book about the Barlow Chambers drug deal and who was behind it. He had to leave Perth

Goodness, you have a lot of connections to this case:

1. Both your children attended Nedlands Early Learning Center, the daycare where Jane worked.

2. You were at Conti the night Jane disappeared, and were identified on the CCTV footage.

3. You are friends with the Karrakatta victim, although you've only known her for 15 years.

4. A tall, dark-haired gent of a similar age to BE used to ask you and other girls back to his place. He lived in Kewdale.

5. Someone in the legal profession has confided in you how police obtained BE's DNA.

What else can you tell us?

He must have been positive then to test his DNA or wouldn't they would have given him the sample to dispose of like a breath test and I wonder where the pullover was and how they knew where he would be
