Does anyone find it interesting how the police seem to be of the view "we don't have any leads, we don't know what happened to Elisa, it might well be that a coroner will need to give the family closure"?
I find it particularly interesting that the police would say that a coroner might need to give the family closure after 1 week of Elisa missing.
I'm wondering if it is a ploy by the cops to make someone feel complacent. Someone who might not have buried a body properly might need to go back to bury that body a little better. Make them feel like they might have got away with it and then keep an eye on a few of the key players and hope they slip up?
BBM... gosh... one WEEK?>.. that is highly highly unusual. I don't think I have ever heard of that before in a situation even remotely similar..
She has a largeish estate., ( there are other properties as well as SH and AI ) that's just one thing against the week old issue of a death certificate..
She has 3 children.. not just one...makes it complex.
She left no note declaring her intention, nor a direction as to her disposal and dispersal of property and to whom on that night.. ( She may not even have left a current will )
She gave no indication in the days leading up to her disappearance of her intentions.
( all these intention things are relevant in the issue of a death certificate.. it isn't a matter of her emotional state )
As it stands currently, a coroner would give an open finding , based on what is known now. unless someone produces a written or recorded direction that Ms Curry left behind.
But golly, a death certificate in a week. in these circumstances, that' s astonishing.
