I would once have thought that calling 000 would get the fastest response, but recent cases of people dying because the ambulance took way too long to arrive have begun to erode my confidence.

Edited to add that in some cases the ambulances were "ramped" at hospitals and the patient died before they were admitted to the hospital.

Though I still think most people might think that calling 000 would get a faster response.
We are still told to call 000 if it's an emergency.

With the footage near the end of the news article, to me it appears to be the husband, RC greeting people at the funeral. We have to remember this was very early days (also around the time when the family made a statement through media saying he was a committed and loyal husband), I imagine it’s not the case as the investigation intensifies and particularly after Friday’s media report.
At that stage, the parents did not believe the bit about the DV call out ( we don't know which one of them called the police that night for that event, could be him, could have been her ) certainly , they did not know about the world wide sister wives operation he was running.. I wonder if, since the police know about this sleazo stuff, he might have been using his work email. It would be an impressive one, SQ.L, @ etc. AU. GOVT.. beady eyed ladies from Patagonia to Reykjavik would glom onto that very quickly, and the wife doesn't know..

He would have been inundated, .... he has all his limbs and is employed..

But something tipped the whole shindig over, the edge. .. it was not random, but it had a catalyst, something happened that made him see a permanent change as the only option. ... ..

I think the man greeting people at the funeral is the Pastor….

My rear end, too. There are other possibilities... one of his women friends possibly did it. . someone who flew in from Afghanistan ( so unlikely as to be improbable ) someone from Italy, someone from the US, he was a broad church guy, but he also was having liaisons with women in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, NT.. ..

Victorians will never forget poor Maria Korp, who went down to garage one morning , ready to go to work and was belted and strangled by a strange woman in a shower cap, bundled into the boot of her car, and driven off to St Kilda Rd. in the city and left there, in the boiling 39 C February sun , not found for days... Her husbands girlfriend , Tanya Herman had been persuaded by Joe Korp that this was the only way they could be together.....Maria died dreadfully.

Miss Larissa Sant, just a few weeks ago, mowed down her boyfriends former partner, out of what looks like revenge.... and the boyfriend has been arrested also, as being involved in the planning..

People do dreadful , stupid things, and he may be a very persuasive bloke.. . highly manipulative... he would be a prize on dating app, SQ L in an English speaking military, high salary, .he would attract a certain sort of woman. Ambitious....

Supposedly it is easy to use a crowbar to tip over the mover?

And then in May, 2023…. No wedding ring….

A guest who stayed at a Lockyer Valley Airbnb rental where police suspect a woman was murdered had no idea of the property’s eerie past.
I guess it's part of the AIR bnb business to not let a little glitch like the murder of the owner of the property, and the other owner a suspect in that murder be a hindrance to doing a deal, ey.......

“A guest who recently stayed at the property said Mr Crawford mentioned his children, but never mentioned having a wife, or that she had died on the property he was renting out.

The guest said the house was void of any personal belongings – no photographs or sentimental items – except for some pieces of art.

One piece of art was unfinished.”

Thanks Marg, I’ve been suggesting that they may have been seperated. I was thinking since the DV issue late July ‘23, but that pic suggests it was earlier. .. unless he just didn’t wear his wedding ring at work due to ‘hazards’

Clearly. SQ.L. Crawford believed he was in the clear. All done and dusted and finished with.

I can't find exactly when the property was bunged up on AIRBnB for rental, but it seems it was v e r y q u i c k l y , he , apparently , once the funeral was over, turned his mind, as widower's do , to what to do with the late wife's stuff. How to extend the mourning into investment.

Obviously, he did not expect at any stage, a contingent of Toowoomba police, and large grim detectives from Brisbane to be combing over the place with a fine tooth comb, not while he had high paying 'guests' there!...

So something came to the attention of police.... ,,, or someone, must have contacted the police with 'concerns'.. or...

I wonder if either of them were actually living at the property at the time of FC's death?

Has that been confirmed anywhere? Or where they just both there that day/night for some reason ....

Were they separated? Separated but living under the same roof perhaps? Was only FC or RC living a the house on their own.

RC away often with the Air Force and perhaps lived elsewhere?

The images of RC with a wedding ring then without a wedding ring bring up questions, but it could also mean nothing?

Questions, I have so many questions and my heart hurts for FC and her children and family & friends. The answers need to come, I hope they do and soon.

Reason for timing of husband’s call reporting death of Queensland psychologist Frances Crawford remains unexplained

At a press conference on Friday, police faced multiple questions about the timing of the discovery of respected psychologist Frances Crawford’s body at the base of a retaining wall on the sprawling rural Upper Lockyer Valley property on July 30.

Her husband Robert Crawford, who remains under investigation as police appeal to multiple women he had “relationships” with in Australia and overseas, had “seen her alive that evening” prior, Detective Superintendent George Marchesini said.

So he has admitted that he was at the house and had seen her alive that evening prior to her and the ride on mower been found at 3.37 am. IMO

If the year prior July 2023 there was a report of domestic incident. Interesting it's one year later. Could he have filed for a divorce and the one year of separation was drawing to a close and he was interested in pursing a relationship with a particular individual? JMO
