since he left her for half an hour alone while he disposed of the bodies for the first time. If I was in her position, I'd think it was pretty weird to have driven with him all that way then essentially been left by the side of the road for ages while he pootled off to do something alone.

Yep.. just like the case a couple months ago with the two teachers in Aus. He jealously beat her to death for breaking up with him, then jumped off a cliff. BLC seems exactly the type, hope he doesn’t get any sort of opportunity like that.
If he has to suffer a few years in the nick and then meets Big Dwayne in the showers for a knuckle sandwich tho.. THAT I won’t be opposed to..

This is an incredibly sad case. Has a motive been determined? Jealousy? BL-C is a danger to the public.
Imo BLC was a hair trigger waiting to happen. He must have had deep emptiness to pursue such invasive, vacuous photos of him with various celebrities, to try to make him feel whole. There are def certain disorders that have an extreme response so rejection, no matter how reasonable. But that might cause a big outburst of anger, not ever reaching MURDER scale. I’d guess IMO catching feelings during this FWB situation, leading to BIG feelings which overtook any rational acting (getting his phone to delete contacts/messages, probably other suitors) trying and failing to control the ‘love story’ in his head.. then the rejection, then stalking JB’s socials, winding himself up with the pics of him happy with his new bf, then he’s got a gun and a plan.. roid rage has been suggested here and I could see that, but with personality disorders left untreated, irrational actions are so powerful they overtake anything else in the brain. I’d imagine some sort of ‘red mist’ situation around the actual murders, then delusional trying to hide it after
