The photos of him in the Biz Jets are likely at Bankstown etc, social media ‘stars’ can hire ground ops for an hourly rate. This can be done at night also for darkness window shots.

I think more about this guys second life will likely surface. Not sure if he was a prostitute on the side or something, only fans etc, but a second income stream would seem likely it seems.
Agree 100% I would be willing to bet that escort site is genuine and there will likely be other second life activities to surface yet. IMOO

This perp is the same stain on Australian Police's honour as Wayne C. is for British Police.

Wayne C. got L.W.P
(whole life sentence without parole)
for "eroding the confidence that the public are entitled to have in the police forces".

RIP to the victims.
Condolences to Families.
:(

Apparently he may of told them to get parole... seems weird to me, is that normally extended to alleged murderers?
These days “life” is usually a period of 25 years, however you can get a sentence of “life without parole” ….

But you can also get “life with parole” depending on the judge …. Meaning parole after 25years …

It will also be determined by the judge if the 2 sentences are served concurrently or not??? 25 years or 50 years (for example only) …. As we don’t know until the trial what the actual sentence will be …

IMO

I told this to people in my family, that the reason why he hadn't divulged info his because of legal counsel. They took way too long to get him a solicitor, had it been done sooner- I'm sure he would have let them know. The time frame turnaround for obtaining legal aid in NSW is pretty quick.
As for sentencing, that remains to be seem, magistrates can be fickle. Also given that Mr. Psychopath was in a position of trust, I'm hoping that the magistrate locks him up until the end of time. They're pretty lax with sentencing in Australia. Recidivism is pretty bad here too. There was Paul Denyer, and for heaven's sake, he's a serial killer and was up for parole last year. Luckily, denied, but for the families, it's an ongoing wait and see. If he had gotten out, it would have meant 10 years per each murder.
This perpetrator has red flags and profile to do the same. My heart was absolutely broken in two when I first heard these beautiful young men were missing, likely no longer with us. They were young and full of life. The perpetrator used his position to hurt them, an act that should hopefully have him marked as to,"Never be released."

so the cops in Australia have to get suspects a lawyer???

I'm sure I read he changed legal council yesterday & the cops swooped.

I'll try to find a link...

Edit.....All I can find is he obtained legal council yesterday

At 11am on Tuesday, detectives met with Lamarre-Condon inside the Metropolitan Remand and Reception Centre in Sydney’s west, where he has been held in custody since he was charged last Friday and refused bail.

Lamarre-Condon had obtained a lawyer who agreed to detectives’ request to meet.

I’ll just say In My Opinion, as I can’t find links, but it’s been my understanding that he’s been refusing to talk, even when he handed himself in.
That makes me think he’s gone in to Police Station ( Uncle drove him I think ) and said to the effect ‘ I heard you’re looking for me ‘ … and after a process of asking & putting things to him, he was charged with murder, meaning at that stage they must’ve had evidence linking him ( gun, fingerprints, DNA, clothes fibre, hairs etc ) but he still refused to talk.

I heard on a bulletin somewhere, either Monday night or early yesterday morning, that a gun police interviewer was heading to the jail that day to talk to BL & remind him of the ‘no body no parole’ rule.
I may be wrong, but I think it would be necessary for the accused to have a lawyer present - so if BL didn’t have anyone, I suspect police will have arranged someone from Legal Aid to be present.
I imagined the police receiving advice that the lawyer was at Silverwater jail with BL, so gun Detective Glenn ? and female OIC of the case, head off to interview BL. In the end, he told them as much as they needed to locate the boys bodies - but I doubt he was happily forthcoming, as he still needed to maintain his arrogant position of power.

Rest In Peace Jessie & Luke and God’s Blessings to all who grieve you

What are the odds that there will be a trial? Do you think he's likely to plead?
Honestly I don’t know …. BLC seems to have very grandiose thoughts evidenced by his fake life on social media …. And he put in that bullying complaint before he handed himself in … (you would have to wonder why he did that..???? )

He may want the attention of a trial ???

Also we don’t know what evidence he destroyed before he was arrested ??? For example when the gun was handed in … was it wiped totally clean of any of his fingerprints??? Did he attempt to put Jesse or Luke’s fingerprints on the gun etc …..????
He may have been contaminating evidence the entire time ?? And wearing gloves etc although they should be able to find trace DNA etc

Of course I hope he pleads guilty, but anything is possible ….

IMO

so the cops in Australia have to get suspects a lawyer???
No the police don’t have to get them the lawyer…

But with the “Miranda Rights” every person has the right to a lawyer before and during speaking with the Police ..There is process in place for suspects to obtain a lawyer.

IMO

Like legal aid, assigned lawyers, that sort of thing?
Yes ….

I would not be surprised if his change of lawyer involved hiring a private criminal defence lawyer…
(or it could have also taken time, to apply and get approval, thru legal aid for a lawyer…)

He would not qualify for legal aid as he earns to much money and would of had to arrange a lawyer himself, police don't do that for you.

The Police stated at the Presser that he is “suspended without pay”, so he has no income … but he may have assets, although he was still living at home with his mother in Balmain allegedly …

What are the odds that there will be a trial? Do you think he's likely to plead?
I don't think he will plead guilty, narcissists usually don't IMO

Pro's for him

1. He handed himself in......eventually
2. He lead police to the bodies..........eventually
3. No prior criminal history ( I would assume )
4. Hardship of custody ( protection )
5. No body, no parole legislation

Con's

1. He's a policeman
2. He used his service revolver.
3. He was on Duty
4. He interfered with a corpse ( moving them numerous times )
5. He lied when signing out his service weapon ( apparently he did not go to any protest event )
6. He sent messages to make out the victim was alive
7. He involved others in his post crime activities
8. 2 victims
9. Premeditation?
10. General deterrence?
11. Protection of society
12, Post offence conduct ( consciousness of guilt )

Life sentences under s 61, Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999

Section 61(1) Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 provides:

A court is to impose a sentence of imprisonment for life on a person who is convicted of murder if the court is satisfied that the level of culpability in the commission of the offence is so extreme that the community interest in retribution, punishment, community protection and deterrence can only be met through the imposition of that sentence.

^^^I think he fits that IMO

Throw the book at him I say.

All IMO

He suggested new ‘no body, no parole’ laws could have been a factor.

“I have no doubt that it did (contribute to his decision to co-operate),” Assistant Commissioner Fitzgerald said.

“If Lamarre-Condon had not provided those details to us, he would never have got out of jail – I would like to think that it would have had some impact – it’s a very important and powerful policy.”

The NSW Police Commissioner told the media yesterday at the morning big Press Conference, that the accused was on leave without pay.

However, I suspect that the accused was not able to get formal written info of being put on leave with pay, until later on Monday or Tuesday morning, which then entitled him to a NSW Government Legal Aid Lawyer. And was not formally on leave without pay until his employer had formally served him with a letter communicating this in writing.
