Could be he sees himself thrown under the bus and copped a lot of the flack. Daddy dearest just sat and watched the media show relieved it wasn't him in the spotlight. That's how I read it.

I know several people who blame everything on everything else and NEVER own their mistakes. I could shake the tripe out of them. They sicken me. They take drugs because of their upbringing, they are failures and bludgers because they didn't like a teacher, the lists are endless.

BBM: I'm the same, Puggle!! I'm thinking along the same lines as you. In regards to the pics of BR...it looked like a WTF moment and he felt insulted (and rightfully so) when asked by the reporter if he had killed Karen. I still cannot believe the reporter even asked such a question given it was so early and not much was known to the public at the time except the fact that Karen had disappeared after they'd had an argument. I don't think SR was stopping her father from lashing out at the reporter--I took it more as a "it's okay, Dad, don't worry about it" kind of gesture. MOO

In Ant's defence, BR was irresponsible father from the start, BR was 20 when Ants was born, how old was his mother?

Kids from dysfunctional, single parent families are more likely to have drug problems, Borce was a dick for not using protection if he never planned to stick around.
Ant is just a product of his genes and environment.

this is was written back in Sept 2015 and Patricia Gray was extremely supportive then as well. BUT we did notice Patricia Gray was not at Karen's funeral. How much if that has changed I wonder.

Ristevski says a stranger could be to blame.
Patricia Gray said the search for Ms Ristevski had been turned into a “circus” due to the statements of other family members, including Borce’s brother Vasko and stepson Anthony Rickard, according to reports.

“Someone has done something to her... we need to find out where Karen has been discarded like a piece of rubbish,” Ms Gray said.

Speaking a day after confirmation that Ms Ristevski's body had been found at Mount Macedon, Mr Williams said the period since she disappeared had been "totally horrific".

Stephen carried his sister from the church and optically I saw him standing apart. As far apart as he could from BR.

First, it takes TWO to tango, yes, BR was an egg for not using protection, but so was AR's mother--two people at fault there. Secondly, did BR even know he had a son? Maybe he wasn't told until after he'd met Karen. Maybe it was several years after he met Karen, he found out he'd fathered a son. It's definitely more common than alot think. If that's the case..not BR's fault at all, that he wasn't around during AR's childhood days. You see, we do NOT know the full story and I'm NOT going to take AR's word for anything. It's that simple.

I'm sure LE has asked neighbours if any cars and viewed any CCTV of visitors' cars at the house the nights and days leading up to when Karen was reported missing.

I try to rationalise that it's someone else but I just have the strongest feeling it started with BR and ended with BR and possibly VR, being such a brother who has been around through feast and famine was a
helper and confidant after the fact. Maybe BR and VR ganged up on Karen trying to convince her of doing something business wise.

Then someone reported Stephen was in the car with BR when they stopped at the Avondale property with the hearse, I looked and zoomed but I couldn't make out who it was.

“The CCTV cameras at the house haven’t been working for five or six months, not just the time Karen disappeared,” Mr Ristevski said yesterday...............

They needed a good bump.....

Several neighbours would not talk about the case, however one confirmed he had spoken to police again last week about the availability of CCTV footage.

He told police his footage did not show Ms Ristevski on the day she disappeared, adding that parts of the case were puzzling.

“Why would you go for a walk along the valley with your handbag and purse?” the neighbour said.

A Victoria Police spokeswoman last night said police were not in a position to restrict anyone from speaking to the media.

Now VR did say that he had not seen Karen since the 21 birthday in March from memory?:thinking:
