DNA Solves
DNA Solves
DNA Solves
As far as I know the sample found on the T shirt, kombi gearstick, inner layers of tape was NOT blood but serum from a weeping sore or similar......

Its claimed Murdoch made the manacles and used tape for the centre connector. If Murdoch made the manacles how come his DNA wasn't all over them?.Forensics said the serum was 6 layers down so how did he manage this and not get it all over the first 5 layers???.

Jedda's statement made interesting reading! Its possible some of it was exaggerated but I'm not sure how much!

You could be right....about the stretching of the truth...
I feel his statement was written in the third person scenario ...and never tested as JEDDA claimed...
three Detectives came a knocking as he said...and that was to silence him...
...a story with-in a story of a person who has been canned and in a way blamed for the whole fiasco ...
make no mistake ,this is JEDDA, G,Atkins, B,Atkins and C,Malouf...all as the same person...

A broadside at the powers that be...??
there are good cops and I feel he was one...

How many of the 4 handled the snake at the pub you reckon? From what I've heard there were multiple snakes, multiple Jedda's,multiple kombi's multiple everything.

The court also heard from police officer Tim Sandry, who was recalled to the witness box.
He admitted he forgot that the home-made handcuffs allegedly used to bind Ms Lees were informally examined by a police officer in South Australia in 2002.
The defence has suggested the manacles may have been contaminated during the Adelaide trip, after they were taken in a closed bag to a meeting in prison with Murdoch.
Later, specialist testing in the United Kingdom allegedly found DNA matching that of Murdoch on a portion of the cableties.
Senior Constable Sandry said he didn't mention the informal examination when he testified to the court earlier because he had forgotten about it.
He said he asked SA crime scene examiner Paul Sheldon to see if the manacles could be matched with any cutting tools belonging to Murdoch.

He believed that gloves were used during the 10-minute examination to avoid contamination.
.
Errr so to match the tools...you have to touch the tools to the manacles..yep Mr Murdochs tools with his dna.:suspicious:
believed? he wasnt sure...just believed? there got to be kidding....:banghead:

When they took the manacles to Yattala did they take the T shirt as well????. Gwynnes said that when she took the manacles in a brown paper bag to the gaol she stood one metre away from Murdoch but didn't take the manacles out of the bag.......Gwynne also said she lifted her shirt to show Murdoch she wasn't bugged....Was she really showing him she wasn't bugged or was she getting some sort of sexual pleasure out of lifting her shirt?.Gwynne had a history of an abusive, brutish father and I believe she saw her father in Murdoch and disliked him immediately.....Gwynne was not acting impartially or professionally when she went to Yattala IMO.

I've always been puzzled by a) the complexity of the manacles and b) the middle section which allowed a lot of movement by the wearer.
If an attacker - Murdoch or anybody else for that matter - wished to arm himself with the necessary implements to restrain a victim, why did he need such odd manacles? Surely somebody in the criminal element of society could obtain manacles which were less clumsy and would do the job of restraint far better? Lees managed to get halfway out of these, by bringing her arms round to the front. They seem needlessly complicated to me! All that faffing about taping them up for instance! Why??
In my view an attacker needs something to do the job properly and these didn't. Its my view that these manacles were MEANT to be more comfortable than a conventional method of restraint might have been for the wearer.

They said Murdoch had black cable ties in his ute so why wouldn't he just zip them on rather than the cumbersome manacles? I could understand the manacles if he wanted to attach Lees to the ute but he didn't so what was the point of them anyway.

Persons Missing : Home of The Missing Persons Register - Barrow Creek

Daulby,Hardman and Colleen Gwynne were all reprimanded by the NT Ombudsman for their heavy handed, bullying and abusive behaviour when trying to get that copy of the videotape from Chris.Daulby and Hardman were placed on extended leave without pay.
sad to say...not this Gwynne by chance???

GOOD POINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why not attach her to the inside of the vehicle?? I hadn't thought of that one before!!!
But yes - zip ties could be on in a flash!!

Its sad to say...all cases are not all cut and dry...
we live in a complicated world , and to some people , a conviction is everything , at all cost...
no worry about the sorrow and suffering caused...
and that is the nature of the beast...progress and promotion at all cost...

Murdoch is a guy who runs his own drugs business and will be alert to all sorts of possible dangers, and wary of people’s behaviour. So – he kills Peter, then has a battle with Lees and the tape and the bag, shoves her into his van with its gap between the seats and an escape route through the back, but yet it doesn’t occur to him that she might get out whilst his back is turned and he is doing his tidying duties outside the van???? I don’t think Murdoch was particularly well educated but even the dopiest criminal wouldn’t let this happen surely?

Mr Murdoch, was a Johnny come lately ...and was painted the part, to suit a cause...

..nothing about him, fitted J.Lees original statement...and as some one posted here an extract from the papers of the time...the comfit was all wrong....
we have to look deeper ...and in the words of "JEDDA" ...Coober Pedy and then Kings Canyon tourist Park ...where the original bust would have been made....

How much do you reckon Jedda really knew? Some aspects of his statement are nonsense, yet he went to all the trouble of tracking down this Father Macgillicuddy chap in Huddersfield to tell him his story. That seems like a lot of trouble to go to if you're nothing more than just a b/s artist.

IMO I feel there is a story with in a story in his whole statement and a back handed way of letting J.Lees know what he thought of her ...with out breaking his cover directly...

for example his reference to snake, and snake handling is just his way of letting a certain person know... that one is manipulative and sly ...
and to make a point also...he has come forward in three characters .. G Atkins , JEDDA and also B.Atkins ....
His story again , not to bring the wrath of the powers that be, down on him directly gives us a clue from Coober pedy , Camel Races with the guarding of the Kombi with a gun...the Alice Spring sighting ..Aileron,and through to Barrow Creek...
Coincidental run you think?? considering J.Lees trip was broken with a stay in the Alice...or a clever crafted story.... ?

The Falconio murder: ten years on

03 Aug 11 It has been ten years since Peter Falconio and Joanne Lees were ambushed on the Stuart Highway, with Bradley Murdoch later convicted of murdering Mr Falconio. Geoffrey Atkins claimed Bradley Murdoch told him that Joanne Lees had offered Murdoch $2600 tp "pop off" her boyfriend Peter Falconio

http://test.yourguide.com.au/multimedia/26482/295398/the-falconio-murder-ten-years-on.aspx

this in my opinion as a get back and a shot at J.Lees ...
Mr Murdoch is doing 28 years so no brownie points left there...
C.Malouf is still dirty after ten years...:twocents:

He was making more than that in a days work delivering dope! He didn't need money.

Yes you are right there...with $10,000 in his hidden tank ...and also no mention of Mr Murdoch being seen around the Barrow Creek hotel by any body...(as mentioned by JEDDA)
So,why would G,Atkins say that?? put it in a stat/dec??(which is a legal document) ...and why haven't the system tested his claims???
or at the least taken him to task?

You'd think if you were going to the trouble of making this declaration that you'd make it sound a bit more believable.
"Murdoch came back into the pub with blood on his boots"....
