#BREAKING Vincent #Stanford is likely to be sentenced on Thursday. @9NewsSyd

There is no reason he couldn't have an autism/aspergers condition and still be a psychopath , neither is exclusive. It's not likely he killed due to the autism though so not an excuse or reason. Hopefully his sentence is never to be released.

He is lying then, and he is lying still. he says, he had to kill her.. yes, he had to kill her because she rejected his sexual advances. He knows this, we know this. He isn't quite sure why he took her red bra. He is lying about that. He thinks that bashing someone 40 times is a little nuts.. what's a lot nuts? He strips her naked, after he bashes and belts her 30 . 40 times, and stabs her in the neck. He can strip her naked then, she is dead and cannot fight him, the coward.

One thing that hasn't been gone into any detail about , is the photo's taken while he is burning her naked body at Cocoparra Park. ... 2 were found on his phone, but no mention as to if there were any others, and if he , in fact, sent any pics of Stephanies burning body onto anyone.

No detail so far, re the rings. He had to bend down, and tug them off her swollen fingers, before he burnt her, this must have taken a bit of time.

And then, the next day of commercial business, the Tuesday, he has to drift down to the Post Office and purchase a bubble bag postit bag thingy to send the rings to Marcus, along with the driving licence.. he has to take these with him, put all this in the envelope, seal it, write the address on it, then have it weighed by the post office clerk, to get the payment for weight and postage fee right. And then go and slip it into the post box out the front, but carefully, because it has to go in the Interstate post box, not the NSW or local post box.

An organised bloke, really. .. all things considered.

Stephanie Scott's killer Vincent Stanford told police he 'went a little nuts'
AAP, October 11th, 2016.

The 25-year-old cleaner said in a video interview he had suffered from mental health issues and they ‘just came back’
Asked why he attacked the teacher, he said: “I just felt like I should do it.
“I don’t know, I’ve had mental problems in the past, aggression. I think it just came back.”...

Stanford told police he had not felt any anger or emotion towards Scott, “just that I had to kill her”.
He said when he was 13 or 14 he had spent time in a mental hospital after attacking a teacher. He admitted he had thoughts of killing people and said: “I think I might have some mental problems.” ...

Stephanie Scott’s killer Vincent Stanford says he ‘just wanted to kill’
October 11, 20161:23pm

Instead of beginning her life journey with Mr Leeson-Woolley, she was “alone” in the morgue and about to begin a journey to the coroner at Glebe in Sydney.
Mrs Scott told of standing in a room “full of coffins” trying to pick one for her daughter who was at the height of her “happiness and loveliness”.
When they finally got her body back she was so damaged the “body bag wasn’t to be opened”, another blow for her loved ones who were desperate to see her one more time...

The barrister representing Stanford, Janet Manuell SC, told Justice Robert Allan Hulme a psychiatrist who examined her client found he displayed “some characteristics” of sexual sadism disorder.

Another doctor however, while noting tendencies similar to sexual sadism, “didn’t go” as far as saying that was a condition Stanford suffered from.
He had been diagnosed as autism spectrum disorder as a child in the Netherlands, she said...

‘WANTED TO KILL AS A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD’

Crown prosecutor Lee Carr said Stanford had told of having thoughts of killing someone from when he was just seven and eight years old.
He read from a report in which Stanford confessed to having the homicidal feelings from a young age.
From then there was an incident when he was 12 when he injured a teacher in the Netherlands.
“He gets violent thoughts when people cause him distress,” Mr Carr said.
Mr Carr read from a psychological report which told of Stanford’s “entrenched anger and hatred”.

The report also said Stanford claimed he could not adapt to society.
Mr Carr told the court the murder was cold blooded and callous and said it was the Crown view it fell “squarely” in the range of a life sentence.

Merrilyn Scott...

She told the Supreme Court in Griffith sentencing of Vincent Stanford, 25, she whispered “good night to my girl” in the dark at night, but then when she closed her eyes the nightmares began.

“Did she see the knife? Did she see his fists as he beat her to oblivion?” Mrs Scott said in court.

Mrs Scott said Stanford was “pathetic” and lived an “inept life” and had no right to take Stephanie’s life.

She said he waited at work for Stephanie and his evil plan “swung into action”.

“He should not have been there but such is his arrogance he did as he pleased.”

Mrs Scott said the family struggled that the last person Stephanie saw was a man she had only ever been “polite to”.

Mrs Scott said as a contract cleaner Stanford had access to at least six schools and he showed “many behaviours that should have raised red flags” before he went onto kill her daughter.

Crown prosecutor Lee Carr said Ms Scott’s rape and murder ... falls squarely within Section 61 (life sentence),” Mr Carr said.

He read from a psychological report in which Stanford confessed having thoughts of killing someone since he was a child.
“He always had thoughts of killing someone from the time he was seven or eight years of age. He said he gets violent thoughts when people cause him distress,” Mr Carr said.
He noted Stanford choked his teacher in the Netherlands at the age of 12 not 13 as Stanford claimed in his video confession.
The report also noted that Stanford claimed he could not adapt to society.
When asked by the psychiatrist what he would have to do to feel like he was a part of society, he said: “I would require emotions I have almost none, I have hatred.”...

Stanford had Googled “bride rape” and “widow knives” before the killing, court documents reveal.

Agreed facts tendered at the sentencing hearing revealed that after Stanford began working as a cleaner at Leeton High School and two months before Ms Scott’s murder he made numerous Google searches including “bride rape” and “bride rape vid,” and “bride raped with wedding gown” followed by a search for a video of a teacher being raped.

The documents revealed that Stanford had ordered handcuffs, leg cuffs and a “half sword,” over the internet and on the day before Ms Scott’s murder made numerous searches for knives including “serial killer knives, widow knives and sharpest puncture knives.”

“The self-hatred that is expressed by the offender manifests in rage and anger and mostly focused towards himself but on occasion and in a very significant ways towards others,” Ms Manuell said.

She argued against Stanford receiving a life sentence, stating his moral culpability was reduced because of his autism.

Ms Manuell also argued Stanford had acknowledged his culpability by pleading guilty and had no previous criminal convictions.

his moral culpability must not be reduced because of a vague idea of him being somewhat autistic. He himself kept this a secret, his mother didn't seek treatment for him , and that would have been covered under Dutch Healthcare, there is no ongoing record of treatment, and certainly, no treatment sought for it in Australia, he never said he was autistic to his employers and not to any employers in Australia.
