Absolutely Shocking. The poor mother and family of the little girl would be absolutely beside themselves.Ohhhh, how horrible. I feel so sad for the family. How did this happen? Was the young girl who did it known to be mentally unwell? They, the family, friends, police and townspeople are all in my prayers. May God help them through this grief. Katt
I hope so , she deserves a name..........Now that the victim <modsnip> has been named in MSM, can the thread title be changed to include her name?
With the murder taking place in 2020, the murderer would now be approx 18 years old. It is very disturbing that she ‘allegedly’ attempted to choke another patient and had her day leave recently revoked. She is now an adult but clearly has a long way to go with her rehabilitation and learning to take responsibility for her actions. It is certainly a sad case but we should never forget her 10 year old victim in 2020, her family and prioritise protecting others in the community moving forward.IMORead - 98.1 Power FM ( sorry unsure how to take name out of article to link, but article is on this page )
It’s been revealed the person who killed former Muswellbrook Girl ( name ) has reportedly had their day leave cancelled.
10-year-old ( name ) , as she was known to family and friends, was brutally killed in the state’s Central West in 2020.
Her killer was found guilty but not criminally responsible for the death.
The Telegraph reports the leave has now been revoked over an alleged attempt to choke another patient.
Excellent!!Great news!

IMO, it is very doubtful that she will ever be "rehabilitated". Nevertheless, it is not her fault, and I hope that she can at least have a reasonably happy and comfortable life. With the murder taking place in 2020, the murderer would now be approx 18 years old.
