It's unfathomable that the adams family didn't have surveillance the minute Tia was found. I really do wonder if the things so glaring to us sideshowers made LE go into covert mode. If they wanted to get to the bottom of it they would have had to. This may explain the CMC and Scotland yard links. The housing commission dog box raid (before charges laid?)could have been a show because the LAC and Browns Plains CP would have been investigating a while before charges laid. It seems we can talk about now or for now? I imagine victims relatives would have flagged CP. It's easy for State crime command level (I known in other states) have a in with housing authorities. In between tennants with a big media circus seems a bit staged.

The front of the bloke does seem to suggest he felt his back was protected.

Realistically if he had kept his urges to himself Tia would have been a news report on anniversaries just like WT. 2 years and it would have slip out of the publics mind. A problematic foster kid runaway of a junkie in and out of prison, that godforbid were kiwis draining the system was dumped in a place of no consequence. That place has no consequence in SEQ let alone the rest of Australia. It's a ****** flood plain. 6 days, enough for extreme evidence loss.

All I can say is what dickheads. They underestimated the tenacity of Tias mother. They underestimated the bond she has with her children. They underestimated the unusual supportive relationship between a mother and previous carer. And most importantly they underestimated that community and the power of SM There is usually a unique social cohesion in Australian low income areas. SM has ramped that up and they know where to direct the pitchforks.

I am so, so sorry that Tia didn't access the school nurse and/or guidance counsellor. Surely there are safety nets that would have caught her before it (being touched, having sex, pregnancy scare) got so out of control. Another poster mentioned how thorough and graphic sex education is at the schools today. Surely a hand is put out to these kids as part of that education. Many kids come from dysfunctional homes and socialisation, and the schools would be more aware of this than anyone.

Yeh just checked that too. That abn I saw was cancelled on about November 10 last year.... I guess the assh&$$@ wanted a fresh start with a new abn.

Yes so true Poss but often these kids come to school to escape and don't want to think about what goes on at home - teachers r aware which kids r in foster care and we r trained in processes to identify abuse but sadly this is not enough either.

Errrr im going to have to be careful not to annoy the qld ed dept but it's common knowledge anyway.

If you do a bit of research it is one of the most disadvantaged school in SEQ. Hair bros get hills Tia gets MSH. They had enough means to educate her better and bright foster kids can get fee relief in private schools......just a side note ya know
Lots of complaints about the school unrelated to Tia on SM.

Here's the clincher though. CP approached them to sell her wrist bands and they refused and also banned the students from wearing them I think(double check maybe mellie can help)
It was only after they were called out for being cold hearted that they lifted the ban.

the income stream stuff... does anyone know if the payment for foster care is standardized or is it particular to the child and/or foster parents?

income stream.. His DSP pension.. don't know if it was a part pension.
Josh's pension.. don't know if was a part or full pension , don't know what kind of injury it was.

her day care income........I hear its a lucrative trade but I don't know exactly the charges, nor the
outgo. ..
Foster care income , plus tax benefits, plus business deductions on ABN , etc..

The travelling food thing..... .. costs and income... , . registration, council fees, upkeep,
maintenance, raw materials, cleaning, fuel, fees, .........income?... don't know.

classic car stuff....... buying in , repairing, material, advertising, ......income? don't know.

Outgo stream ....................5 people fed 3 times a day. Housing rent.. ( $490 a week ) .. electricity, gas, phone, fuel. Animal feed
vet fees, costs of maintenance to house due to daycare business, cars, upkeep, day to day costs,
dance school fees, costumes, school fees, clothing ,shoes, any medical costs, insurance, registration
of cars, haircuts, etc..............

how much do you think this family was making ?

I have to admit my bio brother (8 years older than me) abused me until I was 12. Lovely middle class family. Mother worked for Children's Services and didn't notice anything. I didn't mention it until my early 20s because I didn't want to upset anyone. Not looking for sympathy, just trying to understand a child's mind. I was flattered by the attention he gave me until I realised it was wrong. Then I did everything in my power not to be home alone with him. I told my friend, but her grandfather was doing the same to her, which strangely normalised it.
ETA: My friend's family had foster children. Eek!

Oh they doing the cenno ABN scam as well. Books are cooked.
 
If the police had control of the TT FB account, I wonder that was done on a laptop or phone belonging to TT , which then begs the question.......Why wasn't it searched by police technical officers?

This "family" had quiet a normal SM presence before all of this, one looking in , could easily say it looked very perfect. Dancing, horses, food van within the community and a large base of friends and family. Which then makes me ask "Why didn't the cousin, come forward earlier?". I am not sure how many of you saw the "Family" SM and it wasn't just the 4 who's SM could be seen at the start, it was the extended family as well........photos and comments! I am guessing there are perhaps more victims, that maybe closer to them.

Make the foster kids work in the food vans for decades to come. Unreportable under 16. Its modern age dickens style. Im so glad they came undone.

I would think so.. car engines, big sheets of heavy metal, even tyres, and car bodies.... . lots of physical work looking after horses, too. .. .... .

but I am not sure if he got a full pension, or a part pension.. not sure of the extent of his injury.. according to police, though, he managed to heft the body of a healthy normal dead 12 yr old into a car and out of a car and drag it to the riverbank... .. that takes a bit of effort on one's own...
 
some where in south east queensland, there are pics of Tia being sexually assaulted, by members of that family.. plural members.. its out there, some one has them..

Its just not feasible that Rick would let such a lucrative income stream slide by his window.... ..
