A trial for the man accused of killing
Cairns woman Toyah Cordingley will not go ahead this year, after defence lawyers for
Rajwinder Singh successfully applied to delay the case over “undisclosed” evidence relating to “alternative suspects”.
Justice James Henry on Thursday granted the application to adjourn the case and ordered a four-week trial be set down from February 25, 2025.
