Fairly unusual comment to make considering they are running at least 3 articles a day on Tootles, well after the trial has finished. My opinion is they are very interested in him. I think we'll be seeing him in the news for a long time yet. Money talks.

Interesting isn't ...... the general population including myself would probably read those articles. I just can't believe he would even try and redeem himself by doing so. Salim Mehajer had several articles running per day for months. It only highlighted the fact that he was and still is a dic&&&&d. If I was GT the LESS people that new about that fateful night the better. It's a shame he can't read between the lines.....he is desperate to be accepted in my opinion.

And his new 'girlfriend' tries to pass it off as 'all guys on the GC act like that'. As if that would make it okay!

Where? Rehashed. Links or it didn't happen. All the articles I have read in MSM have been quite uncomplimentary toward xxxxxx and supportive of Warriena. I'm not posting the links again. Flutter back over the past day or so of this thread and read them.

These two comments above... you forget the small matter of a 6 figure legal bill that had to be footed by an innocent man falsely accused. Maybe he'd like to lay low, but he has no choice to recoup those costs. Also instigating defamation actions against the media will put him in the spotlight again, so you'll have lots of fodder to keep going with, MOO.

Much ado about nothing I'm afraid. Its a simple matter of Googling, and/or signing up for Google alerts, I get 3 stories a day easy. Im happy for you to have an alternate view if that is too hard . Mostly the articles I read are the converse of what you say, ie they are uncomplimentary of toaster, and very complimentary of Warriena, and thats what we all want, so I dont think there any reason to get upset. My hugs to you for your hurt.

Thank you for the explanation but I wondered why the ODPP decided to try the accused for murder or manslaughter rather than another offence, say; equivalent to negligent or culpable homicide, or deprivation of liberty, in this particular case? Being mindful of my scant knowledge of Queensland law, I will not enter into a legal debate. A plain English answer would be appreciated, supported by the relevant link; of course.

Simply because the proofs for the offences you mentioned did not exist and this must have been clear to the prosecution team.. There is no link (refer my signature.) My comments are pure speculation, as are all the comments here. You're welcome.
