Bickford questioned why it had taken a year for police to announce there were two suspicious cars sitting outside his grandparents’ house in Kendall, where he went missing.

“I don’t know where that place is anyway, but I would gather from what we’ve seen that it was very close to the bush because that’s where everybody went to look for the child.”

Odd comment imo.
Anyone with the slightest concern in Williams disappearance would have some idea where it is.
A POI that resides in close proximity would probably make it their business to know ... wouldn't they?
 
I thought so too, soso. There was so much media coverage that IMO he'd have to know. I little too defensive, I believe. MOO

Again; defensive! Why on earth would he even bring up something like that? Does he know who does? Who is the 'We' - he and his wife? He and someone else? Is he a part of one but doesn't run it? So many questions...... so few answers.

So 'only one' child makes it OK? Disgusting. And yes, he's 'only' been convicted of harming one child, but how many other have there been?

I can't believe how casual PB is in this video. He acts so smug and brushes everything off as if it doesn't matter. He certainly gives me the impression he's laughing on the inside, like he's gotten away with much worse. IMO.
 
Sorry to be a pain, could somebody give me a quick run down on these 3 men please, I'm getting them and their convictions all mixed up!

I have not seen it reported if PB said whether or not he knew DN.

With new developments on little Deorr and Noah Chamberlain still missing I can't keep up!

Little Noah's circumstances remind me so much of William. Breaks my heart.

(BS) Washing machine and pawn shop owner William "Bill" Spedding is an accused paedophile who was investigated over the disappearance of WT. He has been granted bail over unrelated child sex charges.

Heartbreaking about little Noah :(

It makes me wonder sometimes whether William did just wander off into the bush and was never found. There was no trace or scent of Noah found for a week.

I guess the police have enough evidence to know that someone took him though.

Agree with you 1000% abusing one child is one child too many. I hate it when these monsters try to minimise the evil they have done. They don't give a thought for the damage they do to an innocent child and their family from the abuse they are responsible for. It's all about satisfying their own sick desires. I think statistically the likelihood of a sex offender just offending the once in their life is most likely very low. Sorry for the rant it just makes me very angry.

I would love a body language or voice analysis to be done on this guy I think it would be interesting what it could tell.

I have thought that also. Noah went farther than they thought, mile and a half away wasn't it? How many miles did they search for William?
But yes, there is SOMETHING that had changed the minds of police. The fact that BS was supposed to be there that day IMO is only the tip of the iceberg. Wish we knew what it was but I know we can't.

I've been so upset over Noah and that was a week long search. If they find William deceased I don't even want to think about how hard I'll cry.

I just hope they are close to finding him.

This article makes me despair. Even the journalists covering this case can't seem to keep up. My understanding that the POI that the woman referred to as having nothing to do with GAPA was BS. Someone has posted earlier minutes from a GAPA meeting in which laughably a motion was put forward that members had to undergo child safety checks. The motion was put forward and 2ns by PB and TJ.
