We can reveal the most high-profile person of interest in the William Tyrrell disappearance will likely sue New South Wales Police. Bill Spedding has always maintained his innocence and has now been cleared.

Who was it that said that the person driving the 2nd car was a man? Did Lia Harris tweet that?

All of the articles that I am now reading say ....

She said she wasn't sure if he provided a description of the person driving the second car.

The search was on Herons Creek Road in Herons Creek (near Kew), while the inquest was happening.

Oh my goodness, why is he there then

In that case..what cars were they ? and why now..but it also give me a wee bit of hope that maybe he is alive??

It also makes sense as to why Jubes has said since day one that he still thinks or holds hope that he is still alive. Maybe his hope came from this report of the lady, the car and the boy in the spiderman suit going through Kendal that morning.

the child in the spiderman suit seen in the car must have been sitting quite high up to be able to see his chest with the spiderman symbol on it?
unless it was the childs chest pressed against the window and he wasnt strapped in?

If he was taken so quickly I would doubt that he would be strapped in as they would want to get out of there fast. Likely thrown in the back seat close door take off.

I would say if this was William and what happened he may then kneel and press up against the window looking out. could he even have been standing in the floor space leaning up against window? Dont know what side the car this child was on either.

The child would have been on the passenger rear side, not the driver's side. The child was described to be on the kerbside of the car.

"In the first vehicle, in the rear of the 4WD, he believes he saw a small boy who was standing at the rear curb side window as the car went past him ..... "
