You can search that site and will give you the correct address. DrSlueth was at the inquest and is reporting what she knows....but some of it is wrong, so it should be important that the correct info is getting posted here. Or should I just ask DrSlueth for a link everytime she states something that was apparently said at the inquest, so I know and other members know that is actually fact and not wrong info being posted?

Yes I totally appreciate Doc's updates, it's way more than the media print, but it's crucial the info being relayed is correct.

It's ok, I'm not perfect, I won't bother sharing what I hear in the future, you can get your info from other sources because they are also 100% correct.

P.S I did say I think it was # 16, which means I wasn't sure...............

Think 16 for Abbott and 4 for Owen. Someone else was trying to clarify the address so I posted it was 14 and not 4...like you said nobody is perfect...So sorry I corrected the info

I am still trying to work out where this is. We know has something to do with the sawmill however the sawmill has a range of areas and these photos are somewhere surrounded by bush. I think I read somewhere that another area may have been searched in logans crossing am I correct?

What interests me on this photo is the photographer walking with his camera up and shielding himself from the glare (it appears) as if he is on his way to snap a photo. Two of the police officers also looking in that direction.

In photo 3 you can see some form of a tool or something in left corner. It almost looks like a bent shovel with no shovel head on it?

I can't work out the search areas either.

The sawmill is pretty vast and borders on bushland in a couple of areas ... but, as you say, it seems that there were searches at Logans Crossing and searches at the sawmill. I have walked all around the mill on google maps - while realising it may look somewhat different now, those huge logs maybe not there or elsewhere (still growing) - but I can't identify the area of the pics.

Geoff Owen gave his evidence to the inquest on the 23/08/2019 and that info is already getting mixed up when we only rely on 'think'. So just imagine how hard it has been for other witnesses that have been interviewed wks, months and for some witnesses yrs later on what they recall happened that fateful day.....you don't have to be old or have dementia for our memory to be spot on everytime... sometimes it's just we 'think'

Yes, I remember 'piles' in the sat pics of the area we were looking at. We thought they may be logs. Though that area was in Middle Brother Forest (from memory), which is south of Kendall - whereas Logans Crossing and Herons Creek are north of Kendall.

Maybe. Perhaps in that general area.

I would have to go back in the threads to see the area we identified then - which may or may not be correct as the location of the burnt out car.

Yes it was proved..it was one order placed and 2 parcels or items arrived. One thursday, then the main part on Friday afternoon. His diary and notebook were produced in evidence.

Genuinely want to know how deep this was delved into, considering CY was told the part arrived Thursday, and BS rang FGM, cant understand how the confusion arose.

And his son said he was supposed to go to FGM's, but decided not to.

I think it is very confusing as well. Not to harp on Spedding or 'be only focused on him' as some keep suggesting - but if it was cleared up once and for all, with no doubts.

Confusion is easy when its 6mths later..IMO. Sorry, am not privy as to how that is done.
It was said however his work sheets, logs, the way BS organised his jobs was methodical

I think he is trying to get in before the March 2020 date. The new law likely wont be retroactive. imo

If he waited until the inquest resumed, or was over, it would be well past March 2020, and 'arbitration' would be encouraged instead of a lawsuit.

I would be interested to see how or why others have come to the conclusion that he’s been Cleared ? I haven’t seen anything indicating this development. Although I have missed parts of the inquest due to health issues.
