I know age should not be considered when it comes to pedophiles but a 73 year old being responsible for WT's disappearance? He must be able to move quickly to catch him and be gone in a few minutes. 3 yo little boys are tornados.

Police said they’re conducting “operational activity” around Kendall in the coming days, involving “hundreds” of police officers.

YES! That is who came to mind for me as well. Could they be speaking of him now? Is he that old? I think he must be.

One of the neighbours who lived alone and kept strange hours . The interior of his house was indeed rather creepy. We never learnt his name. He moved away early on in the investigation, if I remember rights PS said he didn’t like all the attention or something along those lines .

Look at Google Earth there appears to have been trees cut down at no. 48 and the property over the road that used to be a treed vacant block which has now been developed?

"It's highly likely that if we found something it would be a body. We are looking for the remains of William Tyrrell, no doubt about that," he said.

"This activity is in response to evidence we have obtained in the course of the investigation, not speculative in any way, we are acting on behalf of the coroner."

Police said the search would involve three specific locations, all in the Kendall area.

Detective Chief Superintendent Bennett said the searches were based on new evidence and experts from outside the police force would be assisting officers.

"There will be a number of strategies used by the police and other agencies to clear ground and go subterranean in the number of locations," he said.

I agree, that’s why I wonder if it’s someone else they’re focused on. Hard to imagine FA not involved after all we’ve heard .
