Ok, one little nagging thing is bothering me.....

I believe I recall that when AS was fighting with bf in his car, and then she jumped out, didn't she leave her phone in his car?

Did he give it back to her? Did he say he did in the interviews?

I'm just curious since after that a roomie was suppose to assist AS in walking home---and has claimed to ride her bike towards where AS should've been walking but didn't see her.

Did roomie riding the bike take her own phone with her and try to call AS while looking for her? Young adults have their phones with them as if it is glued to them, imho.

My point is: I've been focusing in on the last 10 minutes of AS until she disappeared (around 4:50-5am) but just maybe we should look back earlier?

As mentioned, just because it appears she was calling or texting others at 5am, doesn't mean it was really her. Right?

Even those 32 calls she made to bf that went unanswered....odd because she then texts him she's coming over----so if he doesn't answer, how does she know he's even home? And if you don't know that, you don't live there (and probably don't have a key), and you have to call a cab to get there (and you don't have a lot of money).......seems odd to me.

moo.....

what really irks me the most is that... this thing is already typed up. it's not like there's a one-key-at-a-time-typist sitting in the basement of some old dusty building typing up each and every COPY that is requested. the thing is ALREADY TYPED UP and it only takes 1 second to click the print button. hand over the cash to pay for the pages and voila! yes, i realize they have other things to do.. but come on.. 30 days??

sorry. pregnancy hormones are getting the best of me.

Rage on my friend!
It's that mama bear simmering
in your soul!

O/T - I may have missed it but if you care to share how many weeks, your due date and whether you know (or want to know) the gender I'dlove to know!
My kids are Adrienne's age...
I am on the menopostal side of the spectrum...
Baby fever big time... however I don't see grandbabies in the near future..
:p my son is dating a girl with a 6 month old boy.
He just loves both of them... I'd post a pic but it's not relevant to the case...

He has known her over 10 years. The baby daddy bailed prior to him being born...
They recently started dating. He went all the way to Florida where she and their friends were on vacation... had a t-shirt air brushed
"Sarah will you go out with me?"

yup he is romantical...

hmm gonna change my user pic now!!!

**** back to Adrienne Salinas!!!

Yes, he got out and gave her back her phone...it is there in some of the articles from the early days.

How do we know he gave it to Adrienne ?
Isn't it possible that he handed it off to "her"?

Seriously - you will end my confusion when I say this...
clearly I have an emotional mind not an analytical one...

Just "say" AS got struck by lightening in Scottsdale as she being picked up by her bf
after attempting to walk home.

KNOWING HOW CELL PHONES can be tracked isn't it imperative to get a pinging phone
back to Tempe in the vicinity of the apartment and
light it up... just for good measure???

Clu I apologize for not having one. (a Clu)

Just going off your take above... we have heard (read) he got out of his car to return the phone. I've found nothing conclusively stating he did in fact give it to her.

I think LE is going off the assumption that A made the calls. I suppose the BF could be in on it, but since LE seems to have cleared him, I think they believe what he has told them. I really doubt he, or anyone else, called his phone that many times. If the whole thing was a set-up with the calls, I could see a few calls but not dozens.

My personal opinion is that he had had enough of the whole drama and was more than happy to turn her over to her roommate, go home, and turn off his phone for the night.

So she got out of the car and he returned the phone she forgot...
then he calls the room mate.
She is coming your way... make sure she is ok.
THIS IS BEFORE
There is a single car wreck.

I really am not trying to be difficult..
thinking out of the box.

The 32 calls could be...
*from AS while walking to AmPm

* the roomie calling to get an explanation of...
why AS is bruised - incoherent -
what did you do what happened kinda thing (maybe the roomies phone was dead or she could not locate it.
* oh crap she was driving to your house and she's back -something is wrong with her she can't tell me where her car is... I'm putting her in a cab.... it's your fault she is like this you can deal with her.
* only done to make it look like AS didn't disappear in Scottsdale.

I mean come on... She is having a hushed fit on the property because she doesn't want to draw attn at the party and

minutes late bouncing off the walls
curbs and doing vanishing acts in the streets...
people that don't even know her are calling 911 yet the roomies are saying it was kinda normal Adrienne but... not...

I think the first 911 call by a stranger was just a little too late.

All her clothes, her shoes ID and wallet were left at the apt.
No crime scene in the area.
No signs of a struggle.
No body found.

Ugg the whole cell phone thing bugs me! They are not surgically attached to the user.

He could have returned his cell at his home after 3:22 returned to the area and not turned it on until 12pm the next day.

It doesn't mean he was unable to move about without it. It doesn't prove he was sleeping.

Also he txts AS around noon the next day and says "call me when you can"

UHH.... how about ANSWER YOUR PHONE I AM NOT KIDDING!!!!
hey! you said you were coming over... that was 9 hrs ago where are you! are you ok????
call me ASAP!!!!!!!

nope - call ... when you can... meh

Sorry stories don't make any sense..

What happened to Adrienne?

I'm sure it's in the ever elusive police report. :)

I might have a stroke
reading it if any other names are mixed up swapped or typos...

I think LE needs to take missing young women cases more serious from the first second.

It seems like they always assume women choose to go missing and they have that right...
she will be back soon...fast forward

6 WEEKS LATER - well where is she ?

not to mention escorts that are abducted....
Maybe there should be a law...
if you choose to go missing and are over 18 you must leave a note or you will be put in jail.
It isn't a crime to go missing but if someone else helped that happen for you we will immediately know because you didn't leave a note.

I know I know -there is no answer !!!

When you can.

And why would you think she CAN'T?!

*raised eyebrow*

Seeing how the BF is one of two people LE has made a point of ruling out it does not seem a good use of time, to me, to focus on him. Not to say LE has not come back in other cases and charged someone who they said was not a POI, but for now, he seems to be cleared. They said her phone never left the area and I would guess that his was in Scottsdale soon after he says he left her. Of course he could have taken his phone home and gone back out again...but I don't think that is what happened. I think he was only too happy to remove himself from the scene.

But you see, this is what we do. This is our ONLY option because we have no NEW information to run with. We hash and re-hash the same old scenarios over and over and over again because it makes us feel like we're doing SOMETHING and it keeps us HOPING. It is what it is.

YES!!! I agree whole-heartedly. It pisses me off when people run off and fail to do the responsible thing and let someone know they're okay. Not only does it cause great concern among their own family and friends, it makes people wonder if other missing person cases are the result of running off instead of foul play because hey, it's certainly been done before. Case in point: Ivy Merck, who purposely went missing for 3 weeks, causing everyone to worry that she'd met with foul play or committed suicide. It's not illegal to disappear yourself, but it SHOULD be.

p.s. Hey gngr

Michelle Wise was found yesterday in Stone Mtn... 15 yrs old missing since July 2nd...
knew people were looking for her... she should be locked up until she is 18 then set free.
ok you are free to go...
you are now old enough to do it legally ..

This girl is a repeat runaway and headed straight for destruction...
It is girls like her that put a speed bump into the path of those that really don't walk away.

Yep!! Once again, I agree 100%. Another one was Kara Alongi. And these aren't girls with real problems - they're just spoiled little brats, from the looks of things

:seeya: Back at cha !

ohhh and fyi
about the runaway ...in my county if you are under 18 & "runaway" AFTER being told not to by your parent...

The state charges the juvenile with a crime if LE is notified by the parents...
At the least she will be on probation until 18 & if she does it again before then... her record is unsealed and it will follow her for life.
I am not sure how other places handle it.

spoiled brats that may self medicate for mental health issues
or they may just choose to use and get sucked in.

ala Jodi Arias... someone needs to nab them at say 15 and throw a fork in the spokes...
I am seeing a new trend and maybe it will help in the long run...
who knows!
at any rate this is an example of why Adrienne doesn't fall into the doesn't want to be found category...
