The Mesa Police Department is looking for 77-year-old Gregory Tanchuk. Gregory is a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 100 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes.
Gregory was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt, black jacket, blue pants, and white tennis shoes.
Gregory has a scruffy beard and mustache.
Gregory was last seen on foot at 4:30 P.M. at his care facility in the area of 200 West Brown Street in Mesa.
Gregory suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to appear confused.
