I’ve been trying to keep updated on this guys trial since the PIs stopped trying to contact me. I want to thank Niner(?) for this feed as it’s been hard finding up to date information. I was going to fly down to AZ for the trial but they keep moving it.

Trial was set to begin on 6/8/21 continued to 8/26/21 was vacated as she plead guilty with a plea deal on 6/4/21 to 2nd degree fraud & DA dismissed the 3rd degree theft & 2 counts of 2nd degree burglary. Sentencing was supposed to be in September. Release order (11/30/21) own recognizance for Stark. No updates as of 1/31/22.

I have on the burglary case that he will be sentenced on 6/7/22 for those @ 9am. So maybe they stuck that motion hearing in for the murder charges since he will be in court. I'll put that down in my notes. Thanks!

Not really in "error" - they had that date for Maribel's case - but changed all the dates again. The next hearing for the murders is a motions hearing on 6/15/22.

The man alleged to have killed two Tucson girls in the past decade was sentenced to serve decades in prison in a separate burglary case in Maricopa County.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The man alleged to have killed two Tucson girls in the past decade was sentenced to serve decades in prison in a separate burglary case in Maricopa County.

Christopher Matthew Clements, 40, was sentenced on the following counts:

• 20 years for fraud
• 15 years for second-degree burglary
• 15 years for theft
• 15 years for second-degree burglary

The sentences for the second-degree burglary counts are set to run concurrently with fraud and theft, meaning Clements may serve 35 years, minus time served.
