Well, even after clearing my history and "cookies" I'm still unable to access anything for this case. I keep getting 404 Error. I went to the Pima County website to get a fresh connection and still no access.

Dang.... wonder why you are having problems with this court site.... but thanks for checking.

I tried all 3 browsers again this morning and no luck. Maybe someone else can get in.

I tried, but get Access Denied...

I dunno -- there must be a security concern hacking this case?? Tried searching Pima County both by defendant's name and the case number and both searches resulted in an error message:

ETA: Also, searching the court calendar for Christopher Clements and the case number result in an error msg. It's not unusual for juvenile victim cases to be sealed but I don't think this is applicable here.

When I wrote to the court asking about access, the lady said his case won't be found on the www.jp.pima.gov site. She found it on the regular site, which is where I've always been able to get the calendar. But now I keep getting errors there.

It should work at this link. Perhaps you could try that for @Niner?

Excerpt from the email:

The “jp” site is specific to the Consolidated Justice Court, Mr. Clements’ cases would not be found through that court.

Hearing information was available on the Superior Court calendar site you reference below, I was able to run that report quite easily. It could be that you needed to add a few more perimeters – I searched as follows:

Party Name: Clements
Bench: Criminal
Date Range: 08/24/2022 through 10/31/2022

The results came up swiftly. The report is attached.

Seems the best we have for a trial date for Isa is the month of Feb. Eleven years for justice leaves me without words...

Christopher Clements has been sentenced to natural life in prison for the kidnapping and killing of of 13-year-old Maribel Gonzalez in June 2014.

Clements will face another jury in 2023 for the disappearance and death of 6-year-old Isabel Celis, who went missing from her Tucson home in April 2012.

That trial is scheduled for February.

Thanks for trying @PayrollNerd & @Seattle1 ! I thought maybe one of you would be able to get in there... :( I tried too - but Access Denied.

So will have to rely on news articles.

I have trial on 2/2/23.

He does have 2 counts of fraud against him - pretrial hearing on 11/30 - but it looks like he plead guilty to those charges - and has a sentencing hearing on 2/6/23. This is in Maricopa County.

Wondering now about Isabel's trial starting on 2/2??

I shall post the court info on the fraud in just a minute.

Wednesday, November 30th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – AZ - *Christopher Matthew Clements (35/now 40) charged (4/6/17 & arraigned (2/13/18) with 2 counts of fraudulent schemes/artifices. Maricopa County
Burglary & Theft – found guilty (6/8/22) & sentenced to 35 years.
Trial was set to begin on 9/29/22 continued on 10/13/22 & continued on 12/8/22 was vacated. Plead guilty. Sentencing on 2/6/23.
Trial for Maribel Gonzales murder – started on 9/13/22 & ended 9/30/22 with a guilty verdict. Sentenced on 11/14/22 to natural life in prison & 17 years for kidnapping charge.
Trial for Isabel – Jury selection begins on 2/2/23 & trial starts on 2/6/23 thru 3/3/23.

I have jury selection starting on 2/2/23 for 2 days & trial to start on 2/6/23 thru 3/3/23.
