Just wondering if anyone reading here - that has tried before - if you are having any luck in getting into the Pima County court site?

I have jury selection starting on 2/2/23 for 2 days & trial to start on 2/6/23 thru 3/3/23.

HOPE this is still good to go! TIA! :)
OK, searching by name, I didn't get the server error this time but instead, I get the following suggestion:

If the case or person you are searching for does not appear, please email us at customerservice@jp.pima.gov or visit our Court Records Department at 240 N. Stone Ave. in downtown Tucson, Arizona.

Well dang.... I wonder why you can not get into this court site anymore. I have even searched for this case & only coming up with quite old articles....

This makes me sick that he asked for a new trial after being convicted of killing Maribel!

Clements is also due to stand trial for the kidnapping and murder of Isabel Celis on Feb. 2, 2023.

Clements’ attorneys want to move the upcoming trial out of Pima County.

Nov 8, 2022

Lawyers for Clements also sought a change of venue for their client’s other murder trial, scheduled to be heard by a new jury starting Feb. 2 involving the death of 6-year-old Isabel Celis.

Clements, a 40-year-old convicted sex offender with a long criminal record, was arrested in 2018 and indicted on 22 felony counts including two counts each of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the girls’ deaths.

Celis vanished from her parents’ Tucson home in April 2012 while Gonzalez disappeared while walking to a friend’s house in June 2014.

Authorities said Gonzalez’s body was found days after her disappearance while Celis’ remains weren’t recovered until 2017 after Clements led federal agents to the location.

Dunno. Perhaps they want to promote the subscription site where you have to pay for each??

Also, just found this:

I've tried a few times. No luck. As time gets closer the media may start posting news stories.

Omg he just needs to disappear into the jail never to see the light of day such a waste of taxpayer money and making the families relive this nightmare ,beyond sickening jmoo

When I wrote to the court asking about access, the lady said his case won't be found on the www.jp.pima.gov site. She found it on the regular site, which is where I've always been able to get the calendar. But now I keep getting errors there.

It should work at this link. Perhaps you could try that for @Niner?

Excerpt from the email:

The “jp” site is specific to the Consolidated Justice Court, Mr. Clements’ cases would not be found through that court.

Hearing information was available on the Superior Court calendar site you reference below, I was able to run that report quite easily. It could be that you needed to add a few more perimeters – I searched as follows:

Party Name: Clements
Bench: Criminal
Date Range: 08/24/2022 through 10/31/2022

The results came up swiftly. The report is attached.

Yeah I’ve tried all the browsers. No luck. I’ll try to remember to reach back out to the lady that helped me before. Maybe she can give a status.

I just tried too since I've looked before and nothing comes up. Could he have made a plea deal?

Not really sure WHAT is going on with Clements Fraud case. Here's an update from the court site. To me it looks like a jury was picked on 1/25/23 with his trial beginning on Monday, 1/30 running thru 2/2/23 & a sentencing date of 5/5/23. Wonder how there can be a sentencing date on there since he hasn't had his trial yet - ?? anyway....

I should clarify - Isabel's trial starts with jury selection on 2/2/23 running for 2 days & opening statements on 2/6/23 as per my notes.

Probably no one here has gotten into the Pima County court site yet??

@PayrollNerd - any luck in contacting the lady at the court?
