Has anyone happened to have an approximate page count as to what has been released? Thus far the information I submitted hasn't shown up through packet 6... Maybe there's more to come. Or maybe they are still being investigated.

RCs brother is not JM. Which information is accurate? Was it RC's brother, or JM that stayed with the family?

I thought she said RC's brother-I think the neighbor said that's what he thought the brothers said .. Do you remember Frayedknot? Seemed the neighbor was not sure.

That would require a forum for Isa. The opening post has all the threads in it for easy reference.

I created a thread for the media, timeline, document dumps and things like that for safe-keeping. However, that thread is a no discussion thread.

ETA: I remember back in the day, Casey Anthony case was into 150 plus threads before it got it's own forum.

Thanks again, Patty! you rock!
And thank you Mamamia! for posting all of those screen shots...you rock!

I just finished reading all of the documents and I think my eyeballs are scorched. I'm mulling over some of the things that stood out to me. There were reports from different witnesses of a very similar description of an older, tall man with grey longish hair with a little girl. And of course people who saw a little girl running alone but of course none of them approached her................banging head here.

It was 518, IIRC, as I added up the pages

From the last thread, someone asked what could one of the boys have that would cause LE to ask RC if the boy was capable to hurting Isa?

One of the boys might have mental health problems/behavioral problems like disruptiveness, anger, or aggression. He might have a diagnosis of ODD or an affective disorder (bipolar). An uninformed LE officer might also think children with ADHD/ADD are dangerous.

Wow. I've been so busy at work. WTH did I miss? Guess i have some reading to do. Thanks for the PDF's PattyG!

Didn't the parents (in the sit-down interview) state that "even ****** says he will love her if she comes home" or something very much like it. Could ***** either have ADHD, or perhaps Aspergers or bipolar?

Or, maybe all 3? Touchy subject for some, I guess.

No, he was not ever confirmed by any sources to be there that morning.
People assumed the neighbor's statement about the uncle knocking on her door was JM.

Prof, JM was never disproven to be at the neighbor's door, either.

As far as the man who kocked on the neighbor's door, the most that can be said is that we do not know who this person was, because the neighbor has never identified him by appearance. EXCEPT, we can rule out LR, because he stated on NG that is wasn't him.

First of all, the report we see is not formatted in a monospace width. It is only a guess as to how many letters are contained in a blackened out word ~ not exact.

Aside from that, Becky's comment following what her son has (which speculation I think is unnecessary) is very intriguing.

"I am not certain if she was referring to Sergio or [redacted]."

The writer seems to indicate Becky could have been coming to Sergio's defense rather than this son's ~ a bit out of synch. I just found this factoid something interesting to file in the back of my brain. And, aren't there two Sergios in the family?

Yep, it's certain with this doc dump; the more I know ~ the less I know! :dunno:

I haven't had a chance to read through any of these documents so my apologies for asking this question. Is there anything in those documents about what the neighbor heard that morning with the dogs and men talking at 6:30 and then about the uncle and dad coming to her door at 8?

I had the same problem with her statement at first. Then I remembered that one of the sons is named after his father, Sergio... So I think LE mistakenly did not black out the minor's name Sergio when in fact the cop wasn't sure which son she was referring to - not if she was referring to one son or her husband.

Just looking for this info now, if I see it I'll post for you. Page 17 of this doc talks about the woman hearing mens voices, gives her name. Looking to see if the next page has anymore info, that would be page 18

I haven't read any of the documents, however, this one is titled: "testimony from neighbor" and it might be in this one.

In short, LE found "appararent" blood in Isa's bedroom and reddish-brown stains in the car in the driveway.

They found footprints made by boots on a utility box outside where someone could have climbed over the wall.

The parents made some inconsistent statements.

They took a ton of stuff into evidence.

They interviewed half of Tucson.
