I was also wondering if the storage unit they took the CD's out of might have been McD's wondering if maybe they were cd's that went along with his camcorder... IDK I really found it interesting the items of interest at his home exp the foot print in the yard and I just wonder if that foot print was like the ones found at the C's

We don't know whose storage locker it is, but IMO if there was anything illegal on those CDs there would have been an arrest...JMO

Yes, I and other posters have noted that the doc dump would not yield evidence, nor would it reveal everything that LE has that points directly toward any person. I have noted a few times that what the docs do not include would be results of these reports.

Still we have learned things since the doc dump, and have had things to discuss to add to theories, and any theories based on some type of concrete report is more interesting to me than the alternatives IMO

For example, I would like to hear what others think of the request for surveillance video from the Walmart and Albertsons for Friday... I posted this a few pages ago, and I find it interesting. IMO the docs do provide some points for discussion.

I am fairly confident that most of us following this case all along do know that LE is not giving out any results of their investigation.

Re surveillance videos of Walmart and Albertsons. For their timeline. And to see that Isabel was actually alive at that time. Corroboration of what people outside the family said about seeing Isabel that night at the ballpark... Just MOO

lol i was pretty confusing...they found a bedskirt & twin bedset in the area he came from. bedskirts usually go between the mattress & box spring (maybe not in this case)...but it's creepy for sure that anyone would discard a bedset in such a way. why would the family not state on the 911 "she's gone and so are all her sheets & comforter"...they only 'noticed' the window being open/compromised...and since LE says they removed all the beddding from the house, including IC's, why would the family have re-made her bed if they found both her and her bedding missing? my point is the twin bedset they found as evidence wasn't hers.

re: his online presence, most of the stuff i found was years old...the kickboxing from 2008 and the marathon from 2004...so it is possibly him (looking younger goes along with exercise, sometimes)...i don't know what other states to look in...

i'm still trying, i agree he's a viable poi...

S. California is a good bet, I think (OK, MO)

Sounds like a "river rat" shirt (sorry, we used to go to Colorado river in AZ for watersports and that's what I remember lol)

It could be a dirty shirt with his scent on it., possibly his stinky gym shirt.

I dont know. I dont know how quickly they talked to Sergio and if they knew then that a RSO was down the block. Whether they knew it or not I would still tell them anyway.

I understand but for me I am a very detailed oriented person and I am guilty of not just answering 'yes or no' too.:floorlaugh:

I would be much more suspicious of Sergio if he didnt talk openly and just limited the interview to yes or no answers.

IMO

Same here. Nancy Grace would love to have me as a guest on her panel - NOT! She'd say, "BDE, just answer my question, please: Yes? No?" She'd make me :hoppingmad:, and I'd want to :slap: her, then she'd move on to another guest because I wouldn't respond

Try CA or CO. I can't provide the link because the info was on a site that can't be linked here ;)

I am confused. I thought we could link FB, but not quote or use pics? If the person had a search warrant served in this case?

So this NMcD lives 4 houses down from the C's? Where is the RSO in reference to his house?

Do we have one map with all of these points marked on it (Celises house, RSO, NMcD, dogs tracked to, evidence collected, homes/cars searched) - I think I have seen a couple floating around - will someone please link me to it? TIA!

may be OT but seems relevant due to the doc dump - what would cause LE to release document dumps in cases? Any specific reasoning behind it or do they do it when and with what case they choose?

The right way to read documents like these are not to focus on what they do say but rather on what they dont say.

No link for this info, just personal knowledge.
All police offense reports are to be written with as little description as possible. They are meant to be vague, while including minimal factual information without reference to any connection to other elements of the offense reported. This is not in any way to be taken as dishonest reporting. In fact there are specialized classes for such report writing and emphasis is placed on "Key" places, events or persons. The more descriptors available in a written report, the more there is to scrutenize. Some things can be general and expounded on later when all information is compiled in a probable cause for warrant to the DA. As you can imagine there is a fine line in interpreting some of this information, but these are not false reports nor do they imply the officer was necessarily sloppy in reporting. Each agency has its own standard but all are aware that each stroke of their pen will be questioned in court by the defense to find that minute loop hole to clear some of the most vile members of our declining society. This is their job.

Need I say we need an overhaul of the entire justice system?:jail:

There is a lot of wisdon in the adage: "Just the facts.."

Has anyone looked at J.McN. ? pg 20 in Docs.3
questioned when taking a shortcut through the wash.. I can't find anything on him..

That just reminded me-those questionnaires-usually, or actually always, the question: 'What do you think happened to the child' is included. It would be interesting to read all those answers.

Important note : The Jetta plates ARE NOT California they are Arizona during the servicing of the warrant the Jetta plates are AZ 842 PMV and in another officers report the tag is recorded as 842 PMU California. Interestingly enough this is not too hard to unscrew either as California Plate format is not 123 ABC California format is 1ABC123 Arizona is 123 ABC

Just would say on the Walmart/Albertson's stores...I would imagine the route home for the Celis family would simply be straight up Craycroft and either in from 14th or possibly right turn on Bway and then in on Van Buren...Albertson's would be a trip too far for me late at night...Walmart on the other hand, if I really needed something would be right on the way...

My post has nothing to do with license plates. I responded to a poster who was seeking additional information on NM. I've read discussions on other crime-related websites and was offering this as a possibility for sleuthing if someone is interested.

It was just a note on the California connection because there is some conflicting plate numbers in the reports pertaining to the Jetta.

I agree. If I found out a child in my county was missing, I would be the first to throw on my work boots and hit the hills. That being said, I would easily be the McD guy who LE see all over the country looking under things , in windows...etc. NOT because i am guilty -because i care.

I'm the same way! But you really should have a buddy with you!(Especially if you're planning on maglighting! LOL!):giggle:
