FYI the AZ website info is still messed up. As before, the charges for actions against BB (as you have cut-n-pasted) say:
13-1105A1 (F1) MURDER 1ST DEG-PREMEDITATED 10/2/2019

That date is when BB was shot at. But no murder was committed on that date. And yet here it says that the charge is murder (and the statute number is for murder, not for attempted murder).

FWIW, there has been no mention so far of any murder charge for LVD in AZ against anyone, and she has been in custody and even in the courtroom already. The docs there are for 2 separate charges of conspiracy to commit, from what I have seen.

Previously I thought that AZ might be hiding something. But now, in light of this continued nonsense, as well as them saying they had extradited LVD from UT in their docs, my hopes that they have a surprise murder charge looming are fading, and I am coming to think it's just a dumbass set of people there when it comes to being accurate on docs.

I have agree with you on the Arizona court site! And the case #s are the same as they were before they took them down. You would think when they put it back on the court site - they would have had there information (charges) correct. I guess we wait until her arraignment hearing - and see what is up on what kind of charges she actually is charged with.

Thanks for the answer, Steve — more cogent and amusing than I could’ve come up with. I can’t see these two charges being joined but otherwise, how would the logistics work out? What am I missing?

ps: Remember only a month or so ago, the AZ DA didn’t know ID had delivered the extradition docs. Major foulups there.
