Ok. It's my first time posting on this site so please forgive me if I'm not doing something right. :)

I took a look through your uploads and found a girl by the name of Tatyanna Hill who went missing on 1/31/2015. She fits the height, age, and bit about the DNA suggesting the girl was from the northern U.S. (Tatyanna's info says she is from Ohio). Also, did a bit more searching, and found her Facebook profile which she was active on in 2013, so that I could see more angles of her face to compare the picture drawings. They seem to be close. She has pierced ears and no visible tattoos as well.

The name Tatyanna Hill is also not one of the names that has been listed as already have been investigated and proven to be not a match.

I did some research on NamUs, looking for missing African-American girls around the Jane Doe’s age range. Sadly, these girls except for Mecca don’t have pictures on NamUs, so I do not know what they look like.

Jerrica Carter, missing from Memphis, TN, since 05/02/2015 (NamUs#MP57547)

Aaliyah Jennings, missing from Detroit, MI, since 09/01/2015 (NamUs#MP30367)

Amanda Poole, missing from Memphis, TN, since 10/8/2015 (NamUs #MP57550)

Mecca Wiley, missing from Philadelphia, PA, since 08/16/2016 (Namus#MP41181)

A 13-year old girl on the Charley Project named Kayla Miller who resembled the Jane Doe, but I do not believe she had a casefile on NamUs. This case has been on my mind for a while now, I really hope she’ll be identified someday soon.
 
I totally missed these things, RBBM for focus.
I had no clue they'd done isotope testing.

A man and his wife discovered the victim's body at approximately 5:30 PM alongside Highway 93 near White Hills, Arizona on September 28, 2016. It is possible that the girl originated from Las Vegas, Nevada (due to the fact that Highway 93 runs through the city) or perhaps somewhere in southern Arizona. Authorities believe the body was dumped at the location it was found and she had died elsewhere.

An autopsy did not reveal her cause of death. Investigators, however, believe foul play was involved in her death and are treating the case as a homicide.

Isotope testing indicated the female was possibly native to the Northern United States or possibly Canada.

UPDATE 08/17/2021: HUMAN REMAINS IDENTIFIED/ DEATH INVESTIGATION- NORTH OF DOLAN SPRINGS

On September 28th, 2016, the decomposing body of a young female was located in a ravine in the While Hills area off of N. Highway 93. Due to the decomposition of the body an immediate identification could not be made and a cause of death could not be determined. A composite sketch was completed and shared on social media with no response. Nationwide Missing Person files were compared with the characteristics of the deceased, however nothing matched at the time.

In February 2020, the investigation was assigned to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU). SIU was developed to focus on the investigation of Cold Cases within the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. The unit pursued identification of the victim and identified a viable technique utilizing the victim’s DNA. This new DNA technique required a different sample than what was initially collected. In October 2020, the remains were exhumed and a sufficient DNA sample was obtained. The DNA extraction was sent to an outside laboratory and a full genome of the victim was developed. This sample was used to identify potential relatives of the victim through her genealogy.

In early July 2021, the victim was positively identified as eighteen-year-old Kimberly Rena Jones, who had been reported missing in 2017 out of San Bernardino, California. Mohave County Detectives were not made aware of the missing person report made in California.

We would like extend our sincerest gratitude to the community that came together to pay for and attend her funeral services in Kingman in January of 2020. This investigation is ongoing.

just looking at information discussed, and seeing what they got right:

-Kimberly did indeed wear braces prior ✓ you can see it in her above photo
-She was 5'7" and body was estimated to be 5'5-5'7" ✓
-Her facial reconstruction is very VERY good ✓ (compare with her CharleyProject photo)
-isotope test...wonder where Kimberly grew up and if she indeed was in the Northeast before living in California
-UID was estimated to be 14-17, Kimberly was 18 at the time. ✖
-I have no doubt that the date mixup impeded this ID as the local PD was never informed about Kimberly. Obviously if the body was found Sept 16... she was NOT last seen in October. Good reminder to take DLC with a grain of salt.
-While Mohave County is relatively close to San Bernandino (bout a 4hr drive), the fact that it was in a different state likely impeded as well.
