The reporter is mistaken, IMO.
I believe what happened was s/he saw the “Final Release Order and Order Regarding Counsel” (third and fourth pages of the pdf document attached below), and assumed that NS was being released right away.
In fact, the release order only sets forth release conditions NS would be required to comply with if he were to be released (thus the “If the bond is posted ...” on the third page).
So no, he isn’t getting out any time soon, IMO.
