Tiffany and Vincent dated for two years and were married less than two months. The 8 yo child complained to his birth mom that his dad and step mom were fighting all the time. The birth mom calls the step mom and talks to her about what her son had told her. The step mom turns around and gets angry with the child because,
what goes on in this house, stays in this house. (or something close to that)
.FWIW, this is a typical abusers MO, (behind closed doors and all that.)
Over the next few weeks, the birth mom said that her child began to change. She finally found out about him getting in trouble and what goes on in this house, stays in this house. The step-mom is ease-dropping on the 8 yos phone conversations with his mom, but NOT BEFORE shes summoned the child to the phone to tell him that bit** is on the phone.
You also have a father who relegates corporal punishment of HIS child to his new wife.
Do I believe the child referred to the step mom as mom voluntarily? NO.imo
Am I the only one that sees a red flag here?
Then we hear that the paternal grandparents declared they werent surprised about the 8 yo murdering his dad and his friend. If any child could do it, he could. So then the typical response from outsiders is, see, the grandparents, who would KNOW this child, say he COULD be the murderer.
BUT, yet when we learn that the FIRST ONE to state the child is capable of it, the STEP-MOM, who voiced these concerns to the grandparents,
.where did the grandparents get the idea the child COULD BE capable of MURDER?...... The step-mom!
Am I the only one who sees a red flag here?
Then you have two over-zealous policemen (err
policewomen) who lie to the child until he confesses to murder
..Oh, and lets not forget that permission was given to question the child by the STEP-MOM,
.who did NOT have legal right to grant such, IMO.
I am NOT the only one that sees a problem with this alleged confession?
Then we hear that the step-mom is NOT visiting the child,
..AND that shes basically MIA
Oh, but wait, I guess shes just too aggrieved to be seen in public. Or is she?

So Tiff came to stay with us for 5 days to get away from all the drama that has been going on. While she was here we went to a few parties and went out to eat. We had a good time with her, I am sad that she left. The last day she was here I cut her hair and put a lot of pretty layers in it. So I took some before and after pictures! Nelly her boxer dog came with her. I hate to say this but Oreo is so glad that Nelly is gone cause she can now go to the bathroom in peace.
Yeah, Im sure the parties she went to really helped take her mind off her troubles........FWIW, this is LESS than a month after her new HUSBAND had been brutally murdered.......11/23/08.
Am I the only one who sees a red flag here?
IMHO, I am NOT convinced the 8 yo child committed this crime and I THINK LE NEEDS to check out a few more people with regard to this crime. They also might want to check out the computers in the house, and
oh yeah
..any INSURANCE POLICIES that MAY be ready to be collected on. I hope theyre not taking anyones word for it that there arent any
..for EITHER victim.
No, I still cannot throw this child to the wolves yet. I need a LOT more information!
JMHO

PS
.Oh, and I'm NOT sure the dad was shot BEFORE Tim was summoned and walking to the house. IF Vincent was shot prior to Tim telling his wife he had to go, Tim AND his wife would have heard the gun shots, IMHO. He was just in front of the house, NOT across the street
.kinda sounds like there MAY have been more than one shooter????
over a hundred of them in that little town? ie family
.wow, fran
