The twitters from the Cindy Anthony account also don't pass my smell test. I believe it is fake.
 
No. I don't think Cindy would "close it down". If you search for "Cindy Anthony" there are about 5-6 twitter accounts with that name. One even states that it is fake. Another one is being used as a lure to sell crap. Fake twitter accounts are set up every day (just ask Manti). The tweets are just a bit too defensive, too much use of capital letters, way too many explanation points... it just doesn't pass my sniff test. I am skeptical.

I think we should start a list of interviews, tweets, or comments that say Casey has received/receiving money. Cheney "s interview that speaks of the thousands she gets from her fans, and wasn't there a tweet where her mother admits that some of the Dr. Phil $ went to Casey? Am i misremembering that?

,then we all could shoot of letters to the courts,or to someone who cares about crooks up to their no good deeds..,someone should be investigating this....

she's not a celebrity so she would not have a verified account.

Still searching for the Cheney interview where he boasts of all of Casey's fans sending her thousands of dollars...

Naw, those photos are not even of any particular wedding. I bet they are grabbed off of Google Images generic search for "wedding". Not a single image of the bride, groom, church, family, etc.

Every one of the Anthony family photos was posted on the web during the past few years. All of those are a copy/paste job into the twitter account.

Fake twitter account.
 
It is doubtful that the BK trustee would take any action based on letters from concerned citizens. It is the job of the creditors to bring to the court's attention any unlisted assets or income.

Also, someone mentioned enlightening the court as to other debts casey may have that she didn't list. I'm not sure why we would want to do that.

So, I guess it has been discussed already and determined that she can discharge IRS debt? Looking quickly, I found this:
If the income tax debt meets all five of these rules, then the tax debt is dischargeable in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions.
  1. The due date for filing a tax return is at least three years ago.
  2. The tax return was filed at least two years ago.
  3. The tax assessment is at least 240 days old.
  4. The tax return was not fraudulent.
  5. The taxpayer is not guilty of tax evasion.

So I guess if she meets the above criteria, she can likely discharge her IRS debt. Wow. She just sneaks her way out of everything, huh?

But isn't much of the debt owed to the police department, etc., in the nature of criminal fines? Because to my knowledge, fines are not dischargeable.
 
Look at who is following this Cindy Anthony on twitter. That may give you some clues if it is real or not.

Not saying that I believe it is her twitter account or not but I do not believe she would post "new" photos of the family on twitter without trying to make $$$$$$ off of them first. JMO

I read many of Cindy's emails. Her spelling/grammar, while not perfect, were not nearly as poor as this fake Twitter impersonator. The errors, the use of all-caps, the excessive use of exclamation points (that end with the numeral one) - none of it rings true to me.

I also do not see Cindy selecting that dozen or so photos. Really, a snapshot of Casey's yearbook page - but no photo of Casey? An odd collection of photos - more like what someone would quickly grab off good ol' Google if making a fake twitter page.

There are all kinds of wrong about this twitter account.

Do you folks not see the twinkle in the eye and the sarcasm with which this impersonator posts? Come on, calling people "TIGHTWADS", saying the money was spent on "BATHROOM PRODUCTS".... someone is having fun with you.
 
I was on the Orlando Sentinel site the few nights that Cindy's brother joined the forum. My smell test was good, there, too. I knew pretty quickly that he was the real deal... and that he was posting legitimate insight into what was going on with the family dysfunction. He let the cat out of the bag on goings-on with Gram (and the money theft), George (and the failed car dealership in Ohio) Casey (and Cindy's denial of the pregnancy), etc. And, sure enough, later on it proved to be her brother.

Well she had her granddaughters name trademarked. She threatens suits against anyone she thinks she can. She threatened Tim Miller and the sheriff in recorded phone messages, saying extremely childish things. What kind of an intelligent person does that? Have you listened to those messages? I'll hold my judgement until further information comes out. The twitter account lists a link to her foundation right under her photo which I would think would infuriate Cindy anthony to no end. She is all about winning, and says the most insane things... "nurse of decomposition". I think you give her WAY too much credit. Have you watched the Morgan and Morgan depositions?
