Somebody help me please!!!! I'm going nuts trying to find a transcript of DOS. I've just combed through all of the youtube vids, but can't find what I'm looking for. Or....if anyone can remember where in OS JB said GA "actually tried to frame his own daughter for murder" Thanks!

I do not remember JB ever saying those words exactly. But I have seen him IMPLY that by the way he points out certain 'clues' to the jury. What would be the point of saying ' follow the duct tape' or 'George had keys to the car?" IF George put that baby in the trunk and if he used the duct tape and then brought it back home, he would have been framing Casey. And that is one of the things that poke holes in the Defense theory. I mean, if they are saying he was covering up the accident for her, then why would he frame her for murder?

Better yet, he didn't just leave it at "the exact time is unknown" but went on to say "it could have been the early afternoon or the early morning--Actually it was the early morning". That's my story and I'm sticking to it..JB/KC

That's such a great point. Why wouldn't JB say the exact time and continue the description. George must have gone to the bottom of the pool to retrieve the body, so he would be dripping wet, fully clothed I guess, when he approached Casey. Then what JB????? Tell us more..........:maddening:

That's exactly my point, katy. I am positive I heard JB say something (maybe not those exact words) about George framing his own daughter for murder. I am desperate to find out if he said 'the' murder. Either way, it seems as if he's admitting a murder occurred. IMO

Another thing, KC never dreamed Caylee's body would be found. She had everyone running around all over creation looking for a 'live' Caylee that had been kidnapped by the babysitter. What kidnapper kills a child and disposes of the body in the victims own back yard, practically. This is the very reason CA wouldn't allow TE to search the woods for a 'dead' Caylee and this is why KC kept insisting that Caylee was alive.

Now, what we do know is that George Anthony took certain steps to actually make sure he was as far away from this situation, and that Casey, and that Casey would end up taking the blame for this. Why? Well, if Casey comes forward and is lying her butt off, who‟s gonna believe a liar? Especially if they cry sexual abuse. So you‟ll see evidence, conclusive evidence, that he took actual steps to throw his very own daughter under the bus just to protect himself.

This entire comment makes absolutely no sense. Not to me, anyway. "George knew that Casey would end up taking the blame for this." Taking the blame for what? The accident... or the murder?

I believe Baez added too many players (suspects to him) in this OS..he now has to deliver or it's checkmate for the State. Baez seems to have handed the State a guilty verdict if he doesn't deliver on his promises to the jury. I don't believe his cockamamie story will work or go over well with this jury. He has shown that ICA doesn't accept any responsibility in the death of Caylee, instead he puts her in GA's hands. Then he adds RK as morally bankrupt who 'hid' Caylee's body until he was ready to let her be found..outrageous isn't it? I see this as a big, huge error on his part, but hey, he and ICA are two peas in a pod. He too doesn't accept responsiblity for violating discovery, it's always someone elses fault...JMHO

I have to think that the majority of the jury is offended by the DT insulting their intelligence. I also think (hope) this majority will make any possible holdouts see the light during deliberations.

I wonder how the state will argue for DP in the penalty phase if she is convicted of Murder 1. Victim impact statements are a bit part of that and the Anthonys are the victims. Besides Caylee herself they are the ones most impacted by the death and they don't want ICA to get the DP. I think she deserves it and hopes she gets it but the Anthony's thoughts will be considered.

One reason I think the DP is necessary is the belief that ICA may adapt and thrive in jail. I think Paul Klaas touched upon this.

The biggest hole in this "theory/truth" of Baez is it is as schizophrenic as every other "truth" of ICA, which he now proclaims were obvious lies (and pretends to be appalled that anyone would have believed). So, suddenly we are to take this new "truth", ignore all of its glaring omissions/contradictions, and not only come to the conclusion that ICA has told this one truth in her life now (not before putting everyone through three years of hell insisting no such accident happened, as well as slinging false hope all over everyone who truly cared), but also now condemn her father as an incestuous pedophile and the monster who threw his granddaughter into a swamp like garbage.

All of this based on the word of the client Baez has now insisted is full of "strange" lies. This is some truly circular logic. It never ends in anything truly logical. Which is the MO of ICA in every BS story she has told.

I just cannot grasp how we are supposed to believe that everything she said prior to this was obvious lying, and now, this ONE time, she has not only come to the light of truth and innocence, but is also, in all her altruism, destroying the few people who believed this "strange girl".

No. What I'm thinking is that KC convinced CA that Caylee was alive, which wasn't hard to do since it was what CA wanted to believe. KC's intention was to throw everyone off track, have them looking for a 'live' Caylee, so they wouldn't search the woods and CA fell right into it. That's why she wouldn't allow TM to search for a 'dead' Caylee.

To take it a step further, how would they explain her partying? OK, so they lie and say it was an accident, one would still go through grief or be depressed {understatement}. That is why Baez had to add the molestation, to explain her behavior. Why throw kronk in there is beyond me. I can't figure that angle out.

Yep, I was saying the same thing over in the 6/23 Cindy's testimony thread - but was also talking about CA and GA contradictory behavior and playing both sides of the fence.... it is illogical.

The behaviors and lies only show that one thing cannot be true if the other is true.

It makes the fallacy obvious, and only the truth remains.

BIG HOLES in DT theory:

Theory- GA covered up accidental drowning and ICA feared him, and CA because she would never forgive her.

On July 25th ICA was behind bars, and safe from her father and mother.

LA states that his priorities in order were Caylee, Casey, Cindy, George, then himself. He asked ICA if his priorities should be different. ICA says NO!
This would have been a perfect opportunity to hint that GA should not be a priority.

Later, when listing names and asking who could be trusted ICA says that she's unsure about whether RM and TL could be trusted. She is pretty adamant that JG cannot be trusted.
Then LA includes CA and GA in the trust list. ICA's response is 'most definitely'.
Clearly the lame defense theory wasn't concocted until later.
I really hope the jury gets another chance to watch all these videos because it's easy to miss a lot of really important points.

Help me out here if Casey Anthony didn't dump Caylee's body in the woods then who did? I mean this just plain ridiculous. The defense ADMITTED that Casey was there but George Anthony denied it so why in God's name does she get off free as if nothing happened? It doesn't make any sense and for anyone to argue is just wrong. We really are in trouble in this world.
