The process server did a great job, and luckily the service was captured on 'film' as well.

iirc, it's $10M per accusation (Count) = $40M total. Obviously NG does not have that kind of money (surprised he even has Starbuck's change). When is the last time this guy worked?

We'll learn a lot more if/when this Complaint is heard in a Jury Trial as requested.

When was the last time he helped himself to BK's money? How much did he help himself to? If he had been taking the maximum limit from the ATMs on a regular basis since February 2015, he could have a good chunk of change stashed away. Also, was BK known to keep a decent stash at home which he laid claims to? No need to get a job for awhile if he's budgeting stolen money kwim. MOO.

I'm pretty sure that Nick was cut off from any of Bobbi Kristina's accounts shortly after her hospitalization. The Brown/Houston camp took over quickly, making Nick move out of the townhouse, and they probably made sure that he couldn't access BK's credit cards or bank accounts at the same time. If Nick took $11K, it was most likely within a day or two of Bobbi Kristina's hospitalization.

To the best of my knowledge, Nick has never been gainfully employed. He tried his hand at rap but that never went far. Basically, he lived on the coattails of Whitney Houston, and after her death, Nick decided to latch on tightly to Krissi. Nick and his mother were likely paid for the Dr. Phil "intervention" in addition to the cost of several months of rehab. It might have been enough to keep him sipping Starbucks and wearing Polo for a while. I doubt that Nick has any marketable skills or that he'll make much effort to find employment. :moo:

Note: The made-for-TV movie, Whitney, will air on LMN this evening at 6:00PM.

TMZ has a picture up of a mysterious tent outside the hospice, but considering the source, I would say "rumor alert".

Wonder what's going on? That doesn't look like main entrance/exit.

I agree it is the back entrance. Its not looking good

Deceased patients are removed from hospice on a daily basis. I doubt a tent's erected for the "regular" occurrence.

Thoughts and prayers for Krissi's loved ones :rose:

Time to face the music?

Nick Gordon has been served with a $10 million lawsuit filled by Bobbi Kristina Brown 's state-appointed conservator, according to multiple reports. The New York Daily News obtained a video of Gordon being handed a manila envelope by a process server as he left a Starbucks in Longwood, Fla.

In the clip, a bystander asks Gordon "What is that?" in reference to the envelope, to which he replied, "I have no idea."

E! News reached out to Gordon for comment but did not receive an immediate response. No criminal charges against Gordon have been filed...

Whitney is on Lifetime, not LMN - my bad :blushing: It started at 6:00 (EDT). I haven't seen it and will give it a chance.

I too think it is to hide her body being taken out. If so, may she rest in Peace. Prayers for her Family that loves her.

While some might call it tabloid fodder, it's all we have for now. I've suggested this motive myself ;)

Police Insider Reveals Nick Gordon’s Possible Murder Motive In Bobbi Kristina Case

Posted on Jul 15, 2015 @ 10:18AM

According to a law enforcement source, police are exploring Bobbi Kristina’s hot-blooded boyfriend, Nick Gordon, whom they believe may have erupted upon learning her plans to dump him.

“That was Nick Gordon’s motive for murder!” the source told the The National ENQUIRER. “If Bobbi Kristina left Nick, it would have destroyed everything he had. Nick was living a lie, telling the world he was Bobbi Kristina’s husband when in fact they were never married...

I watched Whitney (made-for-TV movie) from start to finish this evening. I can't speak to the accuracy of the screenplay, but neither of Bobbi Kristina's parents are portrayed as "model citizens". Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown aren't exactly exemplary parental figures, and their only daughter grew up in a less than stellar environment despite her parents' fame and fortune. It is beyond sad that Bobbi Kristina's life will likely come to a tragic end - not unlike her gifted and talented mother who was taken long before her time. :moo:
