Great questions BeanE. Who did mail the things to the 12-year-old? Casey's attorney? I don't think so. But I would believe her mom, Cindy would do it. We all want to hear from Casey. For her to answer the big question - Where is Caylee and what happened to her. Call me crazy, but I'm beginning to believe Casey can't answer. I don't think she knows where her daughter is now. Or what happened. I know, I know, it's hard to believe Casey would cover from someone else. But, as time progresses in this case, I'm thinking Casey's party life may be the cause of a "blackout" period where Caylee was in the care of someone else and she met her death through an accident. And Casey is either not being told what happened, or she has been threatened if she tells what she knows. Maybe Casey doesn't feel safe anywhere, even in a jail cell. Just doing some re-thinking on this case.

I strongly disagree with your theory. Casey is the one who abandoned the Pontiac with decomp at the check cashing store. Casey is the one who's never once told the truth about anything pertaining to Caylee's where abouts. Hell, Casey cannot even be honest about where she has worked for the past three years. Casey is the only one involved in this. She's not involved with the Mexican or Cuban drug cartel. She did not sell her baby. She probably murdered Caylee because anyone in their right mind facing the kind of charges she's facing would come clean and tell the world it was an accident. I personally think she poured gasoline all over that baby to dispose the body and that's why she will not tell anyone where she is. Why would she take the gas to another location to put it in her car if she was running low on gas???

That thought (in bold) has crossed my mind. For example, if she put Caylee in a dumpster, she probably wouldn't know where she was, that is, which landfill she's in. She might not even know where dumpsters are dumped.

Maybe the 'right' question to Casey isn't Where's Caylee?, but 'where was Caylee the last time you saw her body in any form, even covered or enclosed?' She'd have an answer for that.

Now I'm wondering how LE is phrasing the question to her. Hmmm...

Give that girl a polygraph!!

okay it says the bond was endorsed by al estes so what does that mean doesn't seem to me they revoked her bond...

endorsed means he turned the bond in so his bond is no longer valid. That is also reported on one of the tv station websites. Why the other charges are missing tho is beyond me and I don't know if bond pending is what is written for anyone that isn't bonded out or what??

Geez! I didn't even think about that! You're so right. If she was low on gas but could still drive the car she could have just drove to the gas station. And if it was about not having enough money to pay for gas and the cans were full at her parents house, why not then just pour them into her car, put the cans back and leave.

But I think she didn't want to be seen at a gas station getting gas and thats why she used the gas out of the shed for the car so she could take the body somewhere.

Especially if the body had been buried in the yard and moved. It seems like she may have moved the body later in a hurry. Maybe afraid it would be discovered there and buried in the yard before she had dreamt up this kidnapping scheme. It seems like she came and got the gas, dug up something and then took the body or evidence somewhere and didn't want to be seen in a gas station.

Hmmm, I don't know. She didn't really seem like she was hiding. She was shopping with stolen checks at a grocery store and Target 3 times. But who knows, you could very well be right. It's puzzled me about why she would leave her purse in the car when she abandoned it, but then call her boyfriend for a ride. Seems the purse would be left to look like she met foul play, and so did her daughter, ya know?

I've posted that theory before and had no response. It just makes sense that if this was truely an accident and she just buried the body people may be able to tollerate that, but if she used gasoline to dispose of the body she knows she is getting the death penalty and she will NEVER come clean!!!

JBean- The new bond post will get her released if the Padillas redo theirs too, and Mr Baez stated they may try to this week.. Let's hope they don't. I just cannot believe how people outside of the family also cater to Casey. I've never seen anything like it.

Hi Shortstuff, I thought that bond was revoked and over with. I didn't know there was still a chance resurrecting it. I thought someone would have to start over with a new bond. Thanks for that clarification.

I thought it was the bond company (out of Texas) that would have to rewrite it.
