OR maybe DM is a genuine guy with nothing to hide and MS is duly nervous. JMO

Jackson will have been a cop for 30 years in June. He was in the homicide unit when Bosma disappeared.

Homicide had a briefing with CID to see what had happened and to see what could be done to help.

The Mountain criminal investigation division was looking into the disappearance as a missing person at the beginning.

Staff Sgt. Matt Kavanagh was overseeing the investigation from the top. Steering it, Jackson says, and also getting resources in place.

What in that what?! How has his lawyer not told him to cut it out? Maybe he doesn't listen to his lawyer.....that's a smart move.

In the first briefing, Jackson says he learned that Bosma went for a test drive in a truck he was selling around 9 p.m. on May 6 with two men, and that he didn't come home. Justice Andrew Goodman cautions the jury that this isn't to be taken as absolute truth. “It’s not for the truth, it’s part of the narrative of the steps that this officer took," Goodman says.
