The court is now being shown an intersection near the Bosma home.

If you recall, sleuthers said that little pathway on the map would be a great spot to hide the Yukon ... sounds like there was a 3rd person IMO

Or...that sadly...they killed Tim VERY shortly after leaving his own driveway and then they stopped to pick up the chase vehicle.

What am I missing? That doesn't sound like proof of a third person to me. Sounds more like confirmation that they had the Yukon parked nearby.

Court now seeing photos of area of #Bosma home on ground. Bullmann notes this is the road "to #TimBosma's house."

Bullman did speak with police after #TimBosma vanished, and police dogs combed the area of his dad's property, he says. #HamOnt #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Next day someone came to his house with a Tim #Bosma missing person flyer. He called the number on the flyer to report the two vehicles.

Hopefully The Spec will be able to publish this too?

and that possibly Tim was killed in that field?

So they knew about two vehicles the next day. Not really necessary for a third person if they parked the Yukon there and walked to TB's house.

People also pull off the road on that area to use their cell phones, Bullman says.

There were no locks on the chain. There were some "historical problems" with people dumping garbage in the field. There's no gate in the area - just a single chain across a dirt laneway.

Crown Tony Leitch now asking questions about whether or not a chain was strung across the lane he saw the truck and other vehicle come out from on May 6.

Court now seeing the field in question, grass, hay bales and mud tracks from trucks.

Bullmann notes again that sign was "never locked." Anyone could knock it down and go in. Would often find garbage dumped there. #Bosma

In area photo taken by police, "No Trespassing" sign is stretched across driveway via chains. #MillardSmich

Court is looking at photos of Bullmanns property in proximity to the #Bosma home down the road.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 2m2 minutes ago
Bullmann notes the dark car in this police photo is coming from the gravel driveway where he saw vehicles pull out of night of May 6 /13.

BBM / MOO - Given that DM and MS aren't from the area, and presumably aren't familiar with it, would they really risk parking the Yukon in a place that they a) had to technically break into (see chains) and b) could very well be monitored, if not by cams but by land owners?

The two vehicles were stopped there together. No need for a third person or they wouldn't have stopped.

MOO

That gives me the creeps if there wasn't a 3rd. I mean, practically in TB's own driveway he must've known something was amis for them to stop and get out. They had just told Tim they were dropped off there by someone else. Ugh

Anyone have a map handy of how close this is to TB's house?

Grass, hay bales and mud tracks? This is the corner of Trinity and Book.

This is the entrance to that field. The road you see to the right is Trinity that leads to the Bosma house.

Just for those wondering, Honey_West is doing Adam Carter's live blog, and I've got his Tweets (which are slightly different, read: shorter), so it's not exactly a duplication, but apologies if they're similar :)

BBM Perhaps their internet history from one of their devices will come into play here. They could have looked at satellite imagery prior to driving to TB's house.

The pickup truck that was a dark colour came down the laneway first. The second vehicle was also dark - something in between a truck and a car in sign.

It was about 9:15 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. when he saw the two vehicles come out of the property.

Bullman says its a hay field. He looked around the field after police examined it, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Bullmann says when news surfaced police were looking for an SUV as a second vehicle it made sense. #MillardSmich

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 2m2 minutes ago
Bullmann remembers the second vehicle tailing the black pickup neon [being?] "not a car, not a truck. Something in between." #MillardSmich

#Millard lawyer Nadir Salach now cross examining Bullmann. Confirming time and location of truck sighting.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Crown (Tony Leitch) is done. Nadir Sachak now cross-examining. #Bosma

Bullmann says he went to police after receiving #TimBosma missing flyer.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 33s33 seconds ago
Vehicles were travelling toward Brantford. He did not see who was inside.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 1m1 minute ago
Bullmann tells #Millard lawyer he did not see which way the two vehicles turned. Only able to see they that were headed toward Brantford.

.......does that even make sense?
