There is nothing wrong with sharing a house with anyone. I've done it. You just don't expect your roomie to be a cold blooded murderer until the ***** hits the fan. As for being nervous, I would be too if I had to testify in ANY trial as it is not something I do on a daily basis and therefore would not be used to it. No need to pick on the witness for feeling human.
Edited to add : Not certain if you're picking on the witness for his answers (re: nervous) or the Defense for asking the questions.

I think this is the same Javier Villada mentioned in the court case I posted previously, and is one of DM's co-defendants in this case linked below, IMO.
https://www.canlii.org/en/on/onscdc...AAQAOamF2aWVyIFZpbGxhZGEAAAAAAQ&resultIndex=1
Also, does anyone recall a mention in some of the evidence referring to a letter to or from Villada Homes? It seems familiar to me but I can't be sure. Any help is appreciated.
All MOO.
I think we are noticing the trend of defense in asking if a witness is nervous. I view this is as a way to dominate the interaction, it further puts pressure and stress on the witness. It may be a way for defense to TRY to get the jury to question validity of the witness statement. I totally agree with you when you don't go to court everyday on the stand MOST of us too would be very nervous. Whereas the defense lawyer has had alot of experience 'performing' in court.

Saw Millard & Michelski hanging out sometimes. Doesn't know where Michelski went after leaving hangar May 6. Michelski went to work May 7.
The picture of letter was on DM's computer, I believe it was a blank invoice for VH. I'm pretty sure I sleuthed JV an it came back to real estate agent.

is the defence really trying to paint the picture that Dell was taking his garbage from his home, in his yukon, all the way to the hangar to be burned in the Elminator?
- who does that?
The only people i can think of that would not put their garbage out at the curb, is someone who didn't want anyone possibly going through it. I mean its not like he lived in the country or something, there is regular garbage pick up in the city.
