Saw Smich, Meneses and other Millard friends at the hangar. Millard not always with friends, but did have dog Pedo with him all the time.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5s6 seconds ago
Sachak asks about Smich, if he was like "a puppy" always following Millard around. No, Schlatman says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6s7 seconds ago
#Millard lawyer Sachak now asking Schlatman about relationship with boss. They were friendly, but not friends who socialized. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes now3 seconds ago
But he did know Smich, saw him on occasion at hangar. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10s10 seconds ago
Generator bought well before Eliminator. Took it to Baja race to use with welding equipment.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 7s8 seconds ago
"It was not a situation that every time you saw Mr. Millard, Mr. Smich wasn't there like a puppy?" Sachak asks. Schlatman says no. #TimBosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 1m1 minute ago
The generator was taken along on the trip to New Mexico for the Baja race, Schlatman says. Wasn't just used for incinerator #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10s10 seconds ago
Asks about Baja race trip (jury has heard Schlatman was on that trip). They brought generator for welding if need be, Schlatman says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Inspectors would come through hangar, some for insurance purposes. Sachak asks about barrels moved from hangar to farm. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Barrels moved from hangar to farm had oil and kerosene in them. Highly flammable.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 30s30 seconds ago
had engine oil, kerosene in them. Highly flammable. Sachak suggests that's why wanted them moved. So inspectors wouldn't see them. S agrees.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Concern about barrels being found during safety inspection of hangar.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 36s36 seconds ago
Sachak asking about barrels of engine oil and kerosene moved from hangar to farm. Inspectors visited hangar, which was open weekdays.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11s11 seconds ago
Schlatman worked every weekday at the hangar. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3s4 seconds ago
Re: airport politics text, it came as a shock to Schlatman. Worried it was something he did, Millard assured him no. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10s10 seconds ago
May 7 text from Millard ordering him to stay away from hangar due to "airport politics." Never told Schlatman ahead of time.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8s9 seconds ago
On wed may 8, Schlatman looked into ordering an 'edge box.' #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 20s21 seconds ago
Millard's lawyer Nadir Sachak just qualified that using the word "brewski" means beer. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 48s48 seconds ago
After May 8, an "edge box" was ordered, Sclatman says. That's a performance box for a truck truck. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 22s23 seconds ago
Schlatman says he saw the truck at the Hangar May 8. "Not covered, not concealed, not camouflaged in any way?" Sachak says. #TimBosma #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 12s12 seconds ago
May 8 an edge box was ordered. Performance box for diesel truck. Improves fuel economy.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 15s15 seconds ago
Schlatman says he thought it was the Thursday. Sachak says he won't dispute the date but it was AFTER May 6. Schlatman agrees. #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 25s
Schlatman says he took decals off the truck "out in the open" on May 8. #TimBosma #Bosma

Via Twitter, AC says re: his blog, "It's a problem on Scribble Live's end. People are working on it, sorry."

Oh, in that case I guess a guy wasn't murdered and incinerated!

/sarcasm

(Sorry, this 'lack of concealment' ruse will never not be infuriating.)

Seems that my blogging platform is back and working now. Sorry for anyone who's following along. #TimBosma #Bosma #HamOnt

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4m4 minutes ago
Now going to discovery of truck in hangar on Wed May 8. Schlatman hadn't watched news or seen coverage of #Bosma case when he saw it.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Schlatman did not know on May 8 that truck in hangar belonged to Tim #Bosma. Millard asked him to prep it for paint job.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4m4 minutes ago
It was out in the open in plain view? Sachak asks. Schlatman agrees. He was asked to work on it. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
A number of people were at hangar on May 8.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
May 8, 2013, Schlatman was told to work on #Bosma truck in hangar; remove all decals to prep for painting.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Spring 2012 moves into the big new Millardair hangar at Waterloo airport. Still needed lots of work. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Jumping back to spring 2012. Lots of work still to be done at hangar, incl building of offices, washrooms, floors laid etc. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
They moved in, it was operational, but it wasn't fully completed until oct/nov/dec 2012. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
It wasn't ready for the airplane business, Schlatman says (of spring 2012).
"That's exactly the point," Sachak says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Schlatman says they were waiting on a license from the govt. at that time. Without it, couldn't have an airplane business. #Bpsma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 52s52 seconds ago
Schlatman knew in spring 2012 Millardair was waiting for government license. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 45s45 seconds ago
Now jumping back to May 10, 2013--day of Millard's arrest. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 57s58 seconds ago
Dellen was in a meeting that morning. People came in. People in suits, checking place out. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 36s37 seconds ago
May 10, Millard in meeting at hangar. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 15s16 seconds ago
Soon after Millard's arrest, there are planes coming in, Sachak says. Yes, Schlatman says. #Bosma

Mar 31 2016 12:53 PM
In Spring 2012 MillardAir didn't have a government licence to have planes in the hangar, court hears.

Mar 31 2016 12:54 PM
Sorry again that the live blog appears cluttered -- our live blogging platform was on the fritz for a little bit. Thanks for hanging in there, everyone.

Mar 31 2016 12:55 PM
Schlatman says airplane companies were using the hangar to rent space for planes after Millard was arrested.

Oh, in that case I guess a guy wasn't murdered and incinerated!

/sarcasm

(Sorry, this 'lack of concealment' ruse will never not be infuriating.)

Yep, sticking with the "my client is obviously innocent or obviously an idiot" defence.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11s11 seconds ago
From then until hangar was sold, Schlatman was essentially manager of the hangar. Airplanes were coming in, renting the space. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Soon after Millard is arrested May 10, planes finally start coming into Millardair hangar. $1,500 night for plane to stay there for a night.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Sachak asks if he recalled airlines were paying $1500 a night for space in hangar. Schlatman says he doesn't know what that costs. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Lunch until 2:15.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 3m3 minutes ago
He testified that after Millard's arrest aircraft started coming into the Waterloo hangar. Schlatman worked as the hangar's GM. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
"I heard rumours of that dollar amount but I'm not 100% sure what the value was for a night in the hangar," he says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
After #Millard arrest, #Waterloo hangar was used for intended purpose. Planes rented space, Sachak suggests for $15,000 per night.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Taking the lunch break. #Bosma

Mar 31 2016 1:00 PM
Now on lunch until 12:15 p.m.
(I'm guessing this means 2:15pm)

"I see airplanes"

Opinion / Sarcasm...

SS is the manager of the hangar and he doesn't know what the nightly rental fee is for the planes? On what planet would anyone be expected to believe that?
