Exactly. There was only a single print from Millard, and I didn't see any indication that TBs prints were found anywhere obvious, so its pretty obvious that the truck was wiped down.
So how do you know that print on the mirror didn't get there AFTER the clean up?

Bargains will sometimes be struck if a conviction is not a slam dunk. In some cases, it just saves the expense of a trial. All depends on the circumstances.

And that's why there have been no deals for anyone involved in the TB case: it's a slam dunk case.

The quality of video is so poor, I cannot imagine how anyone thought "cigarette" to be honest. I watched it numerous times and found it rather odd where the light was coming from.

To get my bearings on where the rear vehicle stopped before it turned off it's lights:

Then a still of that video where it shows the light

View attachment 90687

Now a 50% transparent layer of the first image directly over the second image, to show where the light is in comparison with the tail lights of the rear vehicle

To me, it doesn't look like the light source is coming from the vehicles at all.

Yes I noticed this also that the flash of light appears in the same spot every time. A light on tower along Powerline Road perhaps? Seems too low though. Other vehicles driving on Powerline Road and a break in the trees? I counted four flashes. MOO.

Its been debated as to whether TB was killed in that field, but alive or dead, he would have been aware that something was dreadfully wrong by that point.
If MS were only in the back seat long enough to throttle TB there wouldn't be much time to leave prints between Tims house and the corner. If TB started to come out of it part way to the farm it would have been a bit shocking for the driver. That situation could have triggered drastic measures. Didn't someone say the rearview mirror was knocked off the windshield? How would that happen? JMO

How can you possibly state this as fact? How do you know that no deals have been given to anyone involved in the TB case?

Because they have to be announced publicly, by law. They are not allowed to make a deal and keep it secret.

Is that a fact?

That's what I understand through ABro's posts, where ABro is a professional researcher and writer working on the case. She has repeatedly posted that there have been no deals, that deals cannot be kept "secret", and there isn't even any reason for the Crown to make a deal because the ball is in their court. The Crown is not exactly stuck for evidence - there is loads, so much so that there was a direct indictment. The GG said the quality/nature of the evidence is such that the accused is likely to become convicted (paraphrasing). With such an incredibly strong case, why would the Crown be going around offering deals?

The Crown could be making deals with some of the witnesses. Let's say that they know that SS was involved in stealing vehicles, I think they could tell SS there would be no theft charges if he tells all that he knows in this case.

Can someone please refresh my memory? What was DM doing at the bungalow in Cambridge? Did he leave his red Dodge Ram there?
thank you.

ok, found it, DM moved his red dodge ram to Cambridge, SS followed and then the 2 of them went to the hanger. Most likely that his red truck was also a stolen vehicle. IMO I hope we find out.

I'm with you on this confusing issue. This report says, "The men had walked down the Bosmas’ long country driveway, saying their friend had dropped them off and gone to Tim Hortons." http://www.thestar.com/news/crime/2...th-of-tim-bosma-set-to-begin-in-hamilton.html

The neighbour says 2 cars pulled out of the field, and others have implied,SM then got into the Yukon, but I'd think TB would think it was weird to find out so early there was no friend at Tim Hortons and that their car was in the field.

I presume you meant MS....and yes we are very close in our thinking.

Valid point, but it is Millard's print on the rear view mirror. It is Millard that trolled auto trader for months. It was Millard that took the helm in Igor's truck. It was Millard that carried the satchel that would easily have hidden the gun. I don't see any evidence thus far that points to Smich pulling the trigger.

So where do you think Millard put the satchel containing the gun when the three men piled into the truck for the so-called test drive.
There's a photo of the Yukon interior and it looked like DM was carrying his murse on the passenger's seat beside him.....But what does a guy do when there is a passenger in the front seat? --a woman would most likely toss her purse on the back seat behind her if she has a friend up front.
Now if the satchel was in the back with MS on the test drive...and likely knowing it contained a gun, perhaps it was MS who got the itchy finger.....IMO

How long did all that take...was the time ever mentioned????

Assuming TB was still alive by this point.

I was going to add that but it just didn't seem logical for them to not go straight up to the farm or hangar then instead of going by Bobcat, unless like someone said they aren't familiar with 403 as much as 401.

I don't think a man is going to make a big deal of where he's going to put his purse in front of another man. It's a cross-body bag: DM probably just wore it.

Do you have a reference for that statement? Just wondering how that would work.

Exactly what incentive do you think the Crown had to make a deal with either of these people?

Deals are made because the Crown (believes it) needs to make them.

They must also be disclosed.

^ I am going by ABro's words...unlike the majority of posters here she is a professional and she also goes by her real name, meaning she stands behind what she says with her reputation (Altogether I take her as a respected and venerable resource.)

If she says no deals have been made and any deals that are made must be disclosed (i.e., information is available to journalists) then I believe her.
