‘Corona Girl’ identified, ending 30-year-old Williamson Co. cold case

Jackie Delaney, the older sister of Sue Ann Huskey, told KXAN that detectives with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office have informed her that they have positively matched her sister with the previously unidentified “Corona Girl.”

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said it will hold a press conference with new details on Wednesday.

Joshua Tree National Park Hiker Paul Miller has been found deceased:

UPDATE - January 14th, 2020 Official identification of the remains found in @JoshuaTreeNPS near the 49 Palms Oasis Trail have been made. The coroner's office was in contact with Paul's wife today to let her know that as we suspected, they have confirmed the remains are Paul.

Could answers be coming in Kristin Smart's disappearance?

"Something may break soon in the case of Kristin Denise Smart, the former Stockton resident and student at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, whose disappearance in 1996 remains unsolved.

Kristin’s mother, Denise Smart, said she recently has been contacted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and told to be ready for a development that might bring closure to her 23-year nightmare."
