Gareth Huntley (34) - Missing in the Malaysian Jungle - 27 May 14

Gareth Huntley, 34, from London, has been missing in a Malaysian jungle since Tuesday May 27th, after going on a trek to a waterfall on Tioman Island. It's off Malaysia's south eastern coast. He was in Malaysia as a volunteer for the Jura Turtle project.

Gareth's parents have flown out to Malaysia and are desperately appealing for more help The only searches of the large jungle area appear to be carried out by volunteers now, his mother says.

Her lawyers were unable to convince the judge, in the Arizona trial, that Arias should be spared the death penalty.
The appeal was in front of Judge Sherry Stephens, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge, who dismissed the claims made by Arias‘ attorneys. The main claim was that her defense was hurt when a member of her team was stopped from visiting her in county jail.

However, according to Judge Stephens, there is no evidence to support that the incident caused Arias to suffer in anyway when it came to her defense.

Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II Becomes Object Of Nationwide Manhunt After Explosives Found In His San Francisco Apartment

The FBI has launched a nationwide manhunt for 42-year-old Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II after a raid on his San Francisco apartment turned up explosive materials, according to local media reports.

Agents in hazmat suits were seen entering the apartment, and NBC Bay Area said they found a chemical often used in assisted suicides in addition to the explosives.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. &#8212;A new book detailing the case of a young Louisville teen who was brutally murdered three years ago is creating controversy before its release.

Terry Zwicker, the father of victim Trey Zwicker, learned of the book Tuesday morning. He said he's already contacted lawyers and he's doing all he can to stop the book's publication.

Zwicker said he doesn't like the fact that someone is profiting off his heartbreak.

Here is the full story via KFI Los Angeles. The eyewitness account are horrific. No word on injuries on the ground. I can't imagine the people in the homes coming our unscathed. :praying:

Suspect Charged In Connection With Bobo Case Appears In Court


One of two new suspects charged in connection with the disappearance of nursing student Holly Bobo has appeared in court for the first time.

Jeffrey Kurt Pearcy, age 42, was charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact. He appeared before a judge in Henderson County Wednesday morning.

He was seen walking into court in a pink prison jump suit, with his hands and feet shackled.

Father arrested for murder in Atlanta; police in Detroit continue search for missing kids

Detroit &#8212; The father of one of two missing Detroit children was arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday in the slaying of the children&#8217;s mother, Alicia Fox, a police source familiar with the investigation told The Detroit News.

A second man police believe was an accessory to her death is also in custody. He was arrested in Detroit, the source said.

A warrant was signed Wednesday accusing Erin Justice &#8212; father of one of the missing children, 8-month-old Kristian Justice &#8212; of killing Fox and leaving her in an abandoned house on the city&#8217;s west side, the source said.
