TOLEDO, Ohio -
A water ban that had hundreds of thousands of people in Ohio and Michigan scrambling for drinking water has been lifted, Toledo's mayor announced Monday.

Mayor D. Michael Collins lifted the ban at a Monday morning news conference, symbolically taking a drink of water.

"Our water is safe," Collins said. “Have we learned from it? Yes we have. The families can return to normal life.” ...

A judge has ruled that Jodi Arias can represent herself in the upcoming penalty phase of her murder trial, where jurors will decide whether she is put to death for killing her ex-boyfriend. Missing Dundee mom Jennifer Huston found dead

A property owner spotted her SUV Tuesday morning in a grove of trees near Southeast Gopher Valley Road, just off Highway 18. He alerted police around 10:30 p.m., who soon found Huston's body nearby, according to the Newberg-Dundee Police Department. They said there were no clues which indicated foul play, but this remains "an active death investigation."
