SEATAC, Wash. - Detectives have identified a badly decomposed body found Monday in a duffel bag outside a garbage bin at a SeaTac apartment complex, but they are still looking for possible suspects.

According to the King County Sheriff's Office, the body is that of a 23-year-old Utah woman, Jenna Ferguson, who was in Washington state for a church-based rehabilitation program.<modsnip>

Two people were killed and 15 others injured when a circus tent collapsed in New Hampshire during a storm on Monday night, according to WCVB TV station, an ABC affiliate.
Citing authorities, the Boston station said 250 people were inside the tent when it collapsed as a storm moved through the Lancaster fairgrounds.

The tent collapsed during a performance, the station said. Lancaster is about 90 miles north of the state capital of Concord."
