Police searching for missing Whitby, Ont. man Jeffrey Boucher have found a body, CTV News has learned.

Earlier Saturday, a shoe believed to belong to Boucher was found in the Heydenshore Pavilion Area, just half a kilometre from where the body was found.

A police investigation is now underway on the Lake Ontario waterfront in Whitby, Ont., with both police and volunteer searchers on the scene.
