DBM. I’m am glad to see that she has been found safe and that what I thought had happened didn’t actually happen. I can’t express how strange it’s been to see someone with the same name as me on this site. It’s not a common name and I did a double take when I first saw the story.

Noting:

Her sister confirmed Monday morning that her last known location was in Boise, Idaho, KPRC-TV reported.

Police have attempted to activate GPS on Swindells’s vehicle to pinpoint its location; however, both Swindell and Guidry’s phones have been off since Aug. 23.

My question is...Confirmed that they have physically seen her on camera or confirmed that the car registered to her was picked up on a reader in Boise?

Austin mother Brenna Swindell found safe in Oregon | Authorities working on extraditing ex-boyfriend

The 29-year-old daughter of former MLB pitcher Greg Swindell was located in Oregon.

Law enforcement officials said Swindell was found around 12:37 a.m. PST in Klamath Falls, Oregon, after police noticed the vehicle they were driving was stolen.

Klamath Falls Sgt. Maury Smith said they pulled the car over for a high risk stop, when they found warrants Guidry's name. He was then taken into custody.

Swindell reportedly did not have any injuries.

Found safe in Oregon. Her boyfriend was arrested on the outstanding warrant.

It sounds like she may have gone willingly. I am going to hope that Mr. Guidry is held without bond due to his flight so that Brenna can have time to separate herself from what is obviously a serious DV situation. I'm so happy that she has such and involved and supportive family. No shade, I know it takes DV victims an average of 7 times before they finally leave. Praying this is "number 7" for Brenna.

What a relief that Brenna is alive. I don’t think she went willingly. I think she had to bargain for her life/ convince him not to harm her. She must have been terrified.
Hopefully he will stay away from her and her kids in the future.
I don’t think we are going to hear her story.
Guidry most likely love bombed her into blindness when she was vulnerable and she may finally listen to her parents who can see how dangerous/unhinged he truly is.

Officials said Swindell was found in the early morning hours of Klamath Falls, Oregon, after police noticed the vehicle the pair was driving was stolen vehicle through automatic license plate readers.

Klamath Falls police say Brenna Swindell was able to call her parents and make arrangements to return to Texas. Meanwhile, TCSO says they're working on extraditing Guidry, but wouldn't release any details for security reasons.
