Brittany Murphy did not die of natural causes, lab report shows

Hi guys, lets make sure we aren't accusing the mom of wrong doing unless LE or MSM come out with something ok?

:tyou:

At the very least, she is guilty of sitting back and doing nothing to help either of them.

More will be coming out soon. I'm a family member on her paternal side and we are 100% dedicated to figuring this all out.

There are a lot of things to consider here, but a few stick out to me.

1. The results of the hair analysis are not conclusive enough to suggest Brittany was poisoned to death, especially when the cosmetics are considered. A skin or blood sample analysis would be far more convincing in this regard. Therefore, despite the findings of the hair analysis, it cannot be concluded unequivocally that Brittany was poisoned.

2. The report was leaked to the media by Brittany's father, who is actively promoting a book and movie that perpetuate the poisoning theory.

Given these two simple assessments, I am led to believe that the poisoning theory is more likely designed to sell books than get to the bottom of poor Brittany's untimely demise. The more straightforward explanation of her death, as described by the coroner, is much easier to believe.

Just my opinion.

Is that typical for a guy going on 90? Fame and fortune? I happen to be related to him and this always makes me chuckle when I come across this opinion online.

This article brought up some very interesting points.

http://www.slate.com/articles/healt...etals_in_her_hair_mean.html?wpisrc=burger_bar

Some have been touched on:

The article also brings up some points on the chain of custody and qualifications of the lab and/or examiner.

I think several other people have brought up great points. It is always a good idea to follow the money, and I think Squeaky has some great points as to who would have something to gain by claiming rat poison was the culprit.

The red Polish was not removed- so Mees lines were not checked.

I questioned the anemia with him when I was reading over the autopsy report. There seems to be some correlation with CAP and anemia.
http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s15010-011-0122-8?LI=true

From reading the report, it appears that he was battling the CAP for a long time and for whatever reason decided not to get treatment. He also had heart issues. There was a tremendous amount of fluid in his lungs. He laid there and died and Brittanys mother didn't call for medical assistance. She stated he didn't want it.

If they want to convince me that there was poisoning involved, then they need to do blood and tissue testing and provide an opinion by a reputable pathologist.

Sharon not calling for medical attention...even after watching her daughter die, she now sits back and watches her son (in-law) die. Who would make that kind of "mistake" twice?

Cyril Wecht has joined us. Exhumations are needed, especially when it comes to testing anything of Simon's.

Snip

He had a ton of fluid excretion and was extremely ill. It looks like he had been fighting pneumonia for some time. Why in the heck didn't the mother call an ambulance? I wouldn't care whether he said he didn't want medical treatment. She just let him lay there and die.

This is something she will never answer, not even to Simon's mom.
I think it's extremely telling.

Shouldn't getting a second opinion from a lab, be like getting a second opinion from a doctor. Why is this such a 'legal' process?

Getting anything done for this case has been years of stress, large financial obligations, and games being played by the other side. Most would have given up by now, especially being the age her father is.

I am probably venturing where I shouldn't here as I once got my builders to trim my hair, but.....

The coroner's report states Britanny's hair was dark brown and dyed, was 'gathered into multiple segments' held close to her scalp with metal clasps, and 'appeared to be' interwoven with hair extensions - implying the coroner couldn't reliably distinguish between the extensions and Britanny's own hair.

Wouldn't that render those hair tests useless on two fronts - possible contamination from the metal clasps, and the possibility it wasn't Brittany's hair at all that was tested, but extensions from someone else's head, which had been through chemical processes when making the extensions? Isn't a lot of real hair sourced from poor countries where sellers may indeed have lived in heavily contaminated, industrial areas where environmental safety is lax?

Excuse me if hair extensions are not made from real hair, or if the person taking the sample was able to ascertain it was only Brittany's undyed hair they were taking a sample of. I'd rather visit the dentist than the hairdresser, so I'm just going on the little I've read about extensions.

The simplest explanation is that they were ingesting some sort of homemade crack/meth type drug which contained these heavy metals.

Pneumonia is a well known side effect of meth addiction.

If Monjack was into homebake it explains everything.

:twocents:

Tragic but no great mystery. Some dealers probably use draino to produce their drug.

Having once performed hair collections for drug testing, I can tell you that it does not take a lot of hair. If we had a bald man, we could cut snips of hair off his chest, if he had any. Arm hairs, leg hairs, and as a last resort, pubes were taught to us as acceptable as long as we labeled them as such. Thankfully I personally never had to "go there". Chest hair from bald guys was the most I had to get away from the head.

Also, I believe they can pretty immediately identify the metallic hair dyes, and thus eliminate them from the results. Not 100% sure on this, but we were never told not to take dyed samples.

EXCLUSIVE: 'It's impossible to rule out murder': Now renowned pathologist Dr Cyril Wecht brought in to investigate Brittany Murphy's mysterious death

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...gation-Brittany-Murphys-mysterious-death.html

I find this case sad. We see so many celebrities that die young we all just assume they abused themselves and in this case it looks like there was something that was really really wrong. I think that her dh died so soon after, I would be looking at the people closest to them.

I once contracted a very severe form of " pneumonia"-- actually the Polmunologists and Infectious Disease specialists I had at my bedside thought I had SARS ( our hospital was a Level One trauma center so we had a huge transient population of recent immigrants to treat). We never did know definitely what I had but it was an extremely swift and severe pneumonia.
While I was at home sick, and not able to realize how sick I was because my oxygen levels were so low already, I took cough medicine and pain pills I had for a back injury because I felt so awful. I went to my doctor's office ( to get a refil for the narcotic- containing cough medicine) and he saw that I was drastically ill. I don't remember much about that day, except that I wanted to " go home and pack my things for the hospital". I wasn't rational, IOW, because my O2 level was so low.. (it was in the mid 80's and I am a non-smoker with a usual 100% O2 saturation level). I was also NOT anemic which changes the picture so very critically for Brittany and her husband too.

I KNEW to stay in bed, to leave my O2 mask on, to leave my IV alone, but I was so confused because my O2 sat was NOT coming up after hospitalization that I pulled everything off, including my hospital gown which I had spilled a diet Coke on. What a horribly embarrassing thing to do but again- my O2 sat was so low I was barely conscious.
IF I had not had a doctor who made a Chest X ray and saw that my lungs were totally consolidated, and if I had not had the best possible medical care available, I would have died. And I was 31 years old.. and a RN who KNEW, who absolutely KNEW what the symptoms of respiratory illness are.. but I got so sick in such a hurry and lost the ability to reason because my oxygen level was almost to the " Unconscious" level for a few days.
I absolutely think Brittany's death was a very rare set of circumstances, all non- deliberate. IF she had received proper medical check ups, her anemia would have been found and treated and she might could have fought off the pneumonia.. but with the lack of oxygen- rich blood. she had an extra strike against her. Also, the narcotics depressed her respirations and her cough reflex... but made her " feel better" because she could sleep after she took them. I remember how I felt so well.

those pictures of the bathroom... why does anyone need THAT MUCH stuff? smh.
Probably every one of us would have bathrooms that junked up if we were too paranoid to hire a housekeeper.. And you know they didn't clean up after themselves at all, being " celebrities". It's just a case of messy people not keeping things neat and being too afraid of photographers to hire a housekeeper.
The things which are coming out now about her hidden CCTV and security systems are very strange, IMO, UNLESS she had been stalked..
