That video shows he ran into the back of her. I can not believe there are no charges.
 
It's all on tape. Jenner clearly hit both cars.

Into both cars. First he pushed white car into oncoming traffic, then he pushed black car forward for quite some distance.
 
After viewing the video I cannot understand why Jenner hasn't been charged with manslaughter yet.

This was not simply a case of not keeping a safe distance. Jenner plowed into the back of the Lexus at full speed and continued into the back of the Prius. It doesn't get more reckless than this.
 
I just have to say it.......you know what they say about women drivers.....lol

What I can't believe is he knew that he hit 2 cars and he lied. He blamed the deceased! And from the bus video everyone was operating with(legal) car lengths & space EXCEPT Bruce...he just plowed into everyone... Then LIED ....never dreaming there was a bus video!

Even if charged as a misdemeanor Jenner could go to jail for up to one year if convicted

But if you acted with only ordinary negligence, then Penal Code 192(c) is a California misdemeanor. The maximum sentence will be one (1) year in county jail.7

Interesting! I have a FtM friend who's girlfriend is MtF. They're very happy together and often joke about never going on a vacation that would require showing their passports. :)

if someone has all 4 limbs but the brain of a amputee, the only thing to do is to lop the offending limb off so brain & body match. like bruce jenner & his "brain of a woman", alter the body to fit the mind & all's good.

Oh Lord. I am wiping tears from my eyes and my sides hurt from laughing!

And then.....I realized that as a peri-menopausal female, I really OUGHT to qualify for some type of disability. For real. Sort of.

Let's see:

Wake up at 3:00am because I had an idea for work or possibly need to replace water filters...check (and going back to sleep is futile)

Wake up at 1-2 hour intervals because I am too hot/too cold/ hips ache/ feet are hot/ back aches.....check


Sudden onset of mid-body flubber despite miles of running and swimming.....check

Gobs of hair lying on pitiful clumps after brushing, washing, head-tossing or just napping.....check

Big honking SORE pimples on my nose and cheeks that I did not even have as a teen, so BONUS.....check

"What the hell did I come in here for?" moments.....check

SURELY that qualifies for some form of disabilty. Only I am too hot/cold/fat/tired/pimply/forgetful to check into it.

"Petitioner now seeks to change her legal name and gender pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure ... in order to conform to her gender identity," Jenner, identified by her birth name, William Bruce Jenner, says in the filing.

If you all have seen my posts on other thread you pretty much know my stance on different issues.

This one just doesn't sit right with me. I feel like this person is begging for the spotlight and not in a good way.
