has a little more info. Yes there is a dad in the home who last saw her. I pray we are not going to go through this thing again.:(

From above link:

Ana's husband says he last saw her wearing a grey shirt and pink pajama pants when he left for work early Thursday morning.

Luis Ceja: "He's saying it's too hard for him. It's too much. He can't even talk because he's so worried, not knowing anything about the baby or her."

from above link

It had been abandoned near Monte Vista Avenue and Bledsoe Road in the Snelling area.

Meanhile, the search continues for DeCeja and her infant son.

DeCeja, 26, and her two-month-old son, Anthony, were reported missing on Thursday morning, several hours after deputies were called out to an almond orchard in Snelling where workers found a badly burned body.

bbm:
car found in Snelling area, badly burned body found in Snelling orchard.

Praying for the family.

How far is the orchard from where she was last seen?

In cases where a baby is stolen and a parent killed, almost always it seems someone realizes their friend neighbor relative has a new baby with a weird birth story and they get caught right? unless the person headed for mexico :( :(

Wow, what a strange story...is the baby okay? I think the body must be Ana...too coincidental if her car was found near there...I can't believe how many burned bodies we are reading about lately...we have just had two here in NM recently...

PS-I guess the baby's condition has not been released as yet...that link above is all I can find as well...

They must have completely disregarded or discredited the neighbors and/or family time line of her leaving the house at 11:30am... because she wasn't dead in an orchard at 9:30am and then leaving the house at 11:30.

Her husband reported her missing, I believe that's the answer to the baby's father. Now where is he? Her 18 year old brother has done interviews but her husband, the father of her child (I assume) has not?? I wonder what the reason for that is...

"DeCeja had told family members she was going to a health clinic, but she never returned home. DeCeja's husband reported her missing that night. Neighbors said they saw DeCeja getting into her blue 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche."

Vehicle Found...

"It was only seven miles from an orchard in Snelling -- where authorities discovered a burned body -- just hours after De Ceja disappeared. Investigators say it's possible the body could be hers."

Tom Mackenzie said, "This case really is a bizarre one. To find someone murdered in such a brutal fashion usually you can attribute those to a hate crime or gang or drug. But right now there's no indication of any of the above."

I would find it an extremely large coincidence if the burned body and discovered infant turned out to be completely unrelated. I guess we know where all of our thoughts are going at this point, but I'm going to hold off on accusing anyone right now.

Wow!! Seems to be quit a few coincidences!! Hmmmm. I will keep my opinion of the perp to myself. It will come out quite soon I am sure.

I agree with everyone else-- there's too many coincidences here for this to not be related.

Praying baby Anthony and Ana are safe.

posting this as it has time the baby was found

<snip>

The infant was found on a front porch wrapped in a blanket by a man leaving a neighboring home.

The man was on his way to work at around 6:30 a.m. and heard a baby crying.

After locating the source of the cries he discovered the baby was wedged between the door and the security screen of the house.
