I don't understand how we don't know why the father was passed out? Someone put sleeping pill in his drink? He had alcohol? Drugs? A nap? That paramedics found him suggests he was unresponsive or someone was concerned enough to call 911. Its weird. IMO

I agree. And if it was something medical, why was he release from the hospital so soon? Shouldn't they have kept him for evaluation especially if this was the first episode. It just helps confirm that it was drugs or alcohol. Or just a good show to hide something.

Checking in on sweet Aramazd this morning. I hope today is THE DAY!

Typically patients are not kept inpatient unless they are unstable. IMO, if his vital signs were stable, and he wasn't showing any dangerous symptoms, they would send him on his way.

I don't know that they can release his information because of HIPPA (privacy) laws.

Possibly. I just figured if they found him "Out Cold" in a parking lot by himself on the ground, they would want to keep him to evaluate and see if it happened again or find out what caused it. Of course it all depends on his background and what they found in blood tests also. They just aren't giving us enough info.

I swear I read somewhere that the restraining order against dad was denied.

Am I crazy? (Please. Don't answer that)

I feel like the dad's passing out was probably due to drugs/alcohol, BUT if it would have been due to medical he wouldn't necessarily have to have had a longer hospital stay. About 3 years ago we were at a concert (no drinking, no drugs), and I have no idea what happened but I guess I kept just losing consciousness and falling to the floor. After the 3-4th time my husband and another guy carried me out of the hall and out by the doors and an ambulance was called. I passed out a couple more times before it got there, but by the time it arrived I felt ok. They took me in the ambulance and immediately did blood tests to see if I was 'on anything'. It was almost instant results that I was totally clean. They wanted to take me to the hospital for testing, but we were in Chicago (from wi) & I felt ok so didn't want to even think of the bill I'd get from that. It was a Friday night so we told the paramedics we could go back to the hospital & I would go see my dr at home on Monday; if I continued to pass out, I would go to an er sooner. I went to the dr Monday & was just referred to specialists. It took about 6 months to find out what was causing me to pass out at random (I have Vasovagal syncope). Long story short, IME, hospital stay would not need to be long/length isn't indicative of cause, and I think authorities have known for quite some time if he passed out due to alcohol/drugs, or a medical cause (that may still be unknown what specific medical cause if could be), but the media just hasn't been made privy to that info.

Thank you for your input and I am glad that you got answers!! I have never had this experience so I was just taking a wild guess. I still believe it was alcohol but there is not enough information to give solid evidence.

I agree, too, it was probably due to alcohol/drugs, but I just can't get by the $10,000,000 bail, and now he's out no charges; for now anyways.

When will there be a law that any adult who is the last to be with a child missing in sinister circumstances stays in jail!!! Moo

I dunno, maybe when they start to value a child's life more than they worry about incubators and sperm donor rights. Jmvho.[emoji17]

I think the attorney came in and threatened to slap a suit on the PD or something of that nature because once he stepped in AA was out.

I can't find the link but I watched the news last night a neighbor said Mom was passing out flyers in the neighborhood and was distraught. It made me cry. [emoji22]

I just feel whatever happened to the boy is at the hands of the Father. Any Father or Mother who doesn't bother to strap his or her child in a car seat tells me how they really feel about their child. This is very telling.

Just like Casey Anthony once Jose Baez was retained he swooped her out of jail too. Cops are not stupid they know this guy had something to do with it. That was an extremely high bail, they had their reasons.

These defense attorneys make me sick all they care about is money.

they commonly do if abuse cannot be proven, but it still looks bad in custody court so they keep doing it.
