either separate SW or it has to be specifically noted in SW

Doesn't LE have to have a SW to go though electronics though? I was thinking that a SW for a residence is one thing but to go through a suspects phones/electronics there had to be a separate warrant.

I don't know that he ever had the boy at the house if he is indeed deceased. he was at Disney until after midnight thurs-fri, then spotted early Friday in OC (Still not clear if this was after leaving Disney or after sunup) then was in lake cachuma Friday then found passed out early sat in the park. what if he never had him at the house?

I wonder if maybe a neighbor or someone has a grey BMW also then? Just funny that It is right in front of his apt but not the same car. Unless he recently traded it in for a 4 door.

At the time that google street view image was captured (January 2016) I believe AA Sr. was living at a different address, which you can easily find here https://www.advancedbackgroundchecks.com/aramazd+andressian/G-3195485720544244576 In the google street view of that address, you can actually see a silver, 4 door BMW in the driveway.

I wonder if they may have the results of his phone records.

That was my thought. You subpoena the wireless provider and sometimes it takes some time for them to actually produce the documents.

Also I think a credible tip would be enough for another SW. A judge would be lenient here - he or she is balancing the need of LE to find a missing child with the right of a citizen to privacy. Judges don't want fishing expeditions obviously but probable cause can be a spectrum.

Now that, my friend, is good sleuthing! I see it too.

There is actually one on either side of the house. I believe the one on the left is the driveway attached to that address though.

IIRC, he had the boy for a week's duration. The boy and mom did their Tuesday night skype chat (presumably from the house) but missed the Thursday one... and that's when mom started worrying.

I went the entire length of the street and missed it twice, because I was looking for a green house with brown decorative shutters. What also threw me was that one LE interviewed said "we have searched his apartment". Once I finally found it, I noticed it's actually a house turned into two apartments. To the left of the front door is 2034 and on the right side of the house is 2036. It appears LE is entering the 2036 side (in the short video).

Ohhh its split into 2 apts. I see that now!

I know, what I mean is that they have dogs that smell cadaver. I don't know that he was deceased at the house. dad was on the move all that time. when would he have time to go home?

That's why I'm curious about the phone records. Maybe his phone pinged in the location of his house during the time in question.

Authorities have also searched in Orange County, where a gray 2004 four- door BMW owned by Andressian was seen on the morning of April 21 at Disneyland in Anaheim, where he and the boy apparently spent the day on April 20, officials said.

This is the photo of what I believed was his car on Google Maps but on the link I posted it says the car was a 4 door. Has anyone else caught this mistake or was there an error in reporting?

Hard to tell if a child is in a car seat from those tinted windows. That witness from the lake probably wasn't credible considering LE said no witnesses said they saw the little boy.

That is not his car. His is a 4-door. Photo of it on the last page, I think.

The windows on his car do look tinted too but it's hard to tell because of the way the photo is angled/distorted.

Also, I believe the witness said the boy was seen in the front seat.

So if AA Sr murdered AA Jr outside of his home can the scent dogs still pick something up inside of the home? How much can they pick up if there was never a body at the house? Did they use cadaver dogs on the car?

Adding to what the cadaver dogs can hit on. If someone carries a dead body, wouldn't the dogs be able to hit on the clothing the person was wearing while carrying the body? I wonder how much of the odor would wash out of clothing. (Am I going to far here?)

No. I was wondering the same thing but figured I'd start small when I wrote the question. Lol

I wonder if LE initially took those clothes for evidence. I also worry that if there was never a body in the car and never a body in the home will the dogs not be able to pick up anything? What if a crime was committed in the woods at the lake? They sure didn't search the lake for long. He could be in there.

I don' believe AA was on drugs or alcohol when he "passed out". I don't believe he passed out at all. That car was parked neat as a pin, right at an intersection in the park where he was sure to be seen. IMO, this was all staged...he wanted to be found. That's why he was found outside of the vehicle. This whole passed out scenario is a cover story for why this little boy just "disappeared".

I also want to know whether grandma met them at Disneyland with her own vehicle, or whether she was a passenger in AA's car. Because my gut tells me that they didn't drive back home with a 5 year old boy after midnight. I think they got a hotel room, which would make sense, since AA's car was spotted in Orange County on Friday. Betcha my farm Grandma was with them on Friday morning in OC. So...was she dropped off at home before AA went to Cachuma Lake for the day? Did they meet up with someone in OC on Friday? Something tells me that AA spending all day at the Lake was a ploy to buy himself some time before the ridiculous "passed out" at the park story.

I'm not an overly optimistic person, but everything inside me is just screaming that this kid is alive and being hidden by AA's family.

MOO

Does anyone know the extent of the search at the park where AA was found passed out? I can't help but wonder if he may have driven to Lake Cachuma to try to throw LE off. After all, there's a lake at the park where AA was found.

Didn't cadaver dogs hit on Casey Anthony's trunk at some point? (I could be wrong)
