I looked up Gigi's page to see if there was any more info... there isn't but I like the way she wrote it. Makes me wonder if the defense looked at everything and said oh God you're a dead man LOL!

Probably so. He lead them to Ara's body. How is he going to plead not guilty after that? He still just makes me sick!! (As far as I know it's the same lawyer and I think he figured out pretty quickly that it was slam dunk case)

Once the case is closed, after the verdict and sentencing I think they release all or most of the information. Although we have to remember the body was found months after and it was completely decomposed.

At least he will save the State some $$ - and I thought when a person pleads guilty - don't they have to allocate the crime? So we find out "what happened".

Bailiff told the media to wait outside. Said they will decide where we will be inside the court.

Judge has not decided yet if there would be a pool photographer for stills and video.

Court clerk said was ok for us to take notes electronically and use cell phones. Photos likely to be a pool photographer.

Media seated on left side of courtroom, family and friends of victim or defendant sitting in middle seats and seats on right side.

Only two cameras in Court. 1 for tv, 1 for print. Lead detective on case is here. The victim's mother, grandmother and uncle are present.
