i really can't think of what should be done to these creatures that would suit their crimes...nothing seems to be preventative..DP does not prevent crime, LWOP does not prevent it...what else is there?
I think they are going to do it anyway until caught and I guess LWOP should do the trick though i hate paying for them to eat 3 times a day when many working people are not able to do so...and i hate that DP cases drag on 15-20 years...so where are we? I can't think of anything the society would ever agree on...

Weed them out early and eliminate them from society. That is the only way to do it. They are sick. There is no treatment and no prevention. We put down cattle, dogs, why not people? I know that is an extremist view and I'm not saying we do it to the 23 year old with the 16 year old girlfriend. But guys like this? We don't have room enough in prisons to keep them locked up for the rest of their lives and I don't want to have to pay for that anyways.

Again, we don't even have to do it. While they await trial, have them in with general prison population and put them in a cell with a convicted murderer who has a child the same age as the pervert has committed crimes on. Let them take care of the problem for us.

JVM says it is time for a Tea Party movement for judicial reform against sexual offenders. Long overdue! I believe it is going to require a mass movement of citizens rallying very loudly before anything changes.

Looks like this JAG guy is a serial attacker/killer. I hope that LE will continue to study this guy and be able to prove his connection to other crimes. Families of other victims need closure too.

Just spoke with Marc Klaas. He is devastated.

He asked me to pass along to all of you he will be on Nancy tonight and tomorrow night he will be on Larry King discussing why these offenders are not kept in jail.

Here is a link to a site that has pictures of the area. The 14th picture show the wooded area around the right hand (South east) finger/tributary of Lake Hodges. This is close (close being a relative term-not like 10 feet away, more like 1/8 of a mile) to the bridge that crosses over that tributary.
