I can't believe this....shouldn't there be an amber alert....maybe because no vehicle. IMO either a stranger who wanted a baby (for self or black market) or real biological father (even though article says boyfriend was the father). We really need more info.
 
I am amazed this story is not all over SM!!!! :( I've seen the same news articles posted on every MSM from CA to NY and still the same story. :/ I'm trying to have faith that LE is all over this and know exactly what has happened. I hate to say it but IMO drugs are a part of this. MOO from growing up in the area.
 
watching a report on local news. She is still missing. The parents and an uncle were shot. Very frightening. Who did this?
 
This is a long shot but not impossible since so many criminals go south through San Diego. The leading report on KFMB was an infant found in a dumpster in Imperial Beach, SD. The following link is the only one I can find since it was breaking news. My heart hurts for this innocent little baby...

Who other than a family member or woman who wants a baby would steal a baby?
I don't understand. It's now been almost 24 hours.
Where could she be? Could she possibly be okay? Will we ever even know?
I fear this is one of those that we won't know the answer to.
I hope I am wrong and police are really working on it.

I really hope this isn't related...

But regardless, now another life has been stolen. I really don't get it.
 
One of the victims is out of the hospital IIRC. LE should have all the details of the suspect from that victim. I understand the other two are now in stable condition. I am confident LE will solve this brazen crime. In the meantime, I hope the baby body found is not the missing baby, although it means someone's baby lost its life somehow.

Why in the heck would someone shoot the mom, dad and uncle, then steal their baby? Sounds very personal to me.
 
I have the same question as someone else had upthread: could she have another boyfriend that believes Eliza is his baby? I can only hope and pray this baby was taken out of love for her.

It is so hard to believe someone could steal her just to throw her in a dumpster. I just do not want to believe that. The world is truly a cesspool if that is the ugly truth. :devil:
 
Just reported on KFMB http://www.cbs8.com/category/154671/local-news 6:30 report that Long Beach Police are on their way down to Imperial Beach, San Diego regarding the infant found. Sorry live video is not available yet but should be soon. Nothing verified yet.

Dear God why do people do such HORRIBLE things especially to babies and children? :please:

Long Beach detectives are now on their way to Imperial Beach to determine if it is the same child that was taken from a Long Beach home Saturday night after a triple shooting. The 3-week-old disappeared from her home after a man shot her mother, father and uncle.

Detectives are questioning the man who found the baby in hopes of finding whoever is responsible for abandoning it.

The child’s father left the hospital today, but declined to speak with reporters about what happened inside the home. The child’s mother and uncle remain in critical condition at a local hospital and both have undergone surgery.

One key indication the kidnapping and shooting were personal is that there was no sign of forced entry into the home. They are looking into the background of everyone who lives in the home. Neighbors said there are several family members living there.

Disgusting. I hope that sweet baby didn't suffer.
 
I wonder when the last time the baby was seen. I find it so odd that someone would steal baby in this manner, especially if he thought the parents were dead (I assume that was the shooters intent).
